I sent a shipment on 28th April 2023 through Pickrr. The shipment was sent through Ekart Logistics. At the time of delivery (1st May) customer was not able to receive OTP. I provided alternate mobile number but I was told by courier guy that OTP is sent to the mobile number that is provided at the time of shipment creation. Pickrr re-attempted delivery on 2nd May and 3rd May but all the times OTP was not received by customer. I initiated RTO on 4th May, 5th May and 6th May consecutively. But despite of raising return requests, RTO action was not taken and 6 delivery attempts were made which is against 3 attempts that are done by courier.
I need the shipment urgently to be returned as it is a customised shipment and needs to be delivered to the customer. But Pickrr and Ekart both are wasting my time by attempting deliveries.
This is a poor service provided by Pickrr and a mental and financial harassment of consumers.
