Pickrr — Non delivery of Parcel

Hi, We have got courier tracking number of our Parcel from Bonorganik company. Which is[protected].
On tracking online it's showing delivered but this parcel has not delivered to us nor to any of our neighbour. Our order number with Bonorganic company is 522630.
Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
