Pickrr — not working product/fake product

I have ordered a watch and i have received a fake product that doesn't work. I want it to be replaced or changed or refunded. Completely dissatisfied product i could say.. I have waited for it to open from long time and then realized it doesn't work. So i wish that the product will be replaced as soon as possible and give the satisfaction for your customers.
