When we raise an issue with Pickrr we are only getting this standard reply ( our representative will get back to you ). No action happening in the ground.
Please Note - the given two parcels belong to the same customer and booked on 13th May ( [protected] & [protected] ) . Not delivered even after 15 days . I had initiated several mails and calls regarding the same but no result.
Very pathetic performance and difficult to do business with Pickrr and Xpressbee .
