Pickrr — Product Not being delivered, cancelling multiple times

My order details are:
Courier - ShadowFax
Order ID - 1390632_TMC410551
Tracking ID : SF[protected]PIC

My Product is not being delivered, it is now more than a month. You are just messaging that product will be delivered today, then it automatically gets cancelled everytime. No one calls me or come to my doorstep.

In Tracking id also I tried to complaint, but there I didn't received the OTP.

This is not at all acceptable. Please resolve it ASAP and deliver my product.
