Pickrr — Scam fraud by Pickrr technologies

I have received a parcel on 29-Jan-2022 AWB[protected] in cash of rupees 1173/-.
I received the order.
I opened it, it was a second-hand saree and used one. Also most interesting part is I have not placed any order from pickrr .
how can they deliver this to my address that too with COD.

I tried to contact their customer care but no response from them.

So I need refund of 1173 rs. and return of that worng parcel that i recieved .
