Dear Sir / Madam,

This is Ch Nihal today ie., 26.03.18 received MI 20800 mAh Power Bank we came to know that the product is NOT GENUINE and there are scratches on it as if some one opened or used one and 8 went and shown the product to my uncle who is running the CD and Home Theatre shop said the same thing that the product is NOT THE ORIGINAL and not even the mAh is not embossed on the charger and to inform the same I called to your care no. but it was default the call is ending and we trusted a lot and ordered the product but this is what happened and the same I have attached the unboxing the unit but unfortunately the file size is too big to attach and so I have attached the screen shots after receiving from courier boy please help out in this and do the favour
