Pickrr Technologies — wrong product (shoes) delivered

The shoe which i was anxiously waiting for arrived today but hell no, it is a completely different product.. it is the first time this happened to me and i am very frustrated and angry. This kind of problem should not not be happening to anyone, who would want to spend their hard earned money for ### they do not want.. Please respond kindly to my queries and help me return or replace these shoes. How and where should i return this?.. my order id is QID19107, with order date 03.05.2018
Nb : i have attached the pictures of the shoe i have ordered and the one that arrived at my doorstep.
