They have put by default weight dispute for all couriers we shipped them recently. And such a unprofessional people no one least bothered to reply on email. All couriers are within 500 gm. Still they mentioned them 2 and 3 kgs. And intensity they did all these fraud so that they can keep the COD amount hold for long time . I have faced many times these issues. This time it's too much of all these behaviour of them .
