I the undersigned had ordered for jbl flip 3 portable speaker & get wireless earbuds x 1, whereas a different product was delivered on 09/09/2020. Photo of the delivered product is attached herewith for your reference. I had also attempted to contact the vendor ([protected]) seeking replacement/refund. However, the vendor resorted to abusive language. Moreover, he also demanded an additional amount of rs.900/- for replacing the wrongfully delivered product with the one which i had originally order for.in view of the above, you are requested to take cognizance of the same and appropriate action is solicited
