    In month of March 22 after one month your product is not working after then I am complaint register in your provide contact number in WhatsApp 2 month ago for my complaint register but till date your service is not provide . I am very unhappy your service.

            Hello Team,

            We have purchased Rice cooker on 17/05/22 from Ganesh Enterprises Kodigehalli, Bangalore.
            We have used it only for 15 days and Rice cooker stopped working, we have given it for repair and your team has taken 1 week to repair and gave.

            Post to that we have used it for 1 week, now connecting wire is getting heated and whole power at home has shut down because of Rice cooker usage. 2 Electricians have visited our home and confirmed that power has shut down because of Rice Cooker only. Now it has become very dangerous to use at home.

            We don't want to use the product anymore as we don't have trust at all as within a month it has created so much trouble for us.

            Hence we request you take your product back and refund us.

                  I've purchased the pegion stove on 26th april 2021 from stove kraft, but it started catching rist after few months, soon within 7 month its stand got broke. I filed a request for replacement since it is under warrenty period and person came to visit but after that no revert from the team. I'm following up for this from last 6 months now they just don't give proper revert. Today the burner got broke and i confused weather to buy a new product...

                      I bought pigeon pressure cooker from big bazzar. I verified cooker from authorised stovecraft pigeon service center and they issued the replacement certificate from stovecraft.
                      But now Big Bazaar was closed in pune. So i cant replace to pressure cooker.
                      Please see attached copy and get me replacement asap.
