    Asian Radhika multiplex complaint. 10days.salry.are not coming this multiplex, 1month back still i am work in Asian Theatre so Salry to be not given me. 3, 4, members are also same complaint. HR are worst in theater

      Very Poor Service from ventair, I bought a chimney 2021 April from Great Eastern. Initially The service man named shantu (Mob :[protected]) advised me to call him for servicing, no need to register request. Last 3 weeks I called service man but he was agreed earlier to come but now he denies to come

        Hi All,

        My new 5 months old ventair chimny is not working from more than 15 days. I am raised a complaint regarding this issue to the vendor named GREAT EASTERN HABRA BRANCH 743263 and the said company ISD but they did not given me a satisfactory resolve. Is this the customer service from the ventair company then I am upset. Plz look into this matter as soon as possible.

          I purchased a chimney (Vent air) model - centra from vent air company 's retailer shop and peice which i purchased from shop was defective. When i used the product oil was leaking, in couple of days touch plate losing it's paste and come's out when i inform the retailer about the problems which i was facing that time he replace tht peice with another old defected product of their company (Vent - air) elanza 3g thn i was again infrom the retailer about this they did'nt gave us any good response. Then i decided to refund my money with the product which they gave me and they refuse to gave me my money and they charges higher prices compare to the real price of their model trying to unfair trade practices under right to information, right to redressal it's was totally illegal according to consumer rights, when i was asking for my money then he was saying that why i choose different product in their shop so under consumer act this was also not legal consumer has right to choose... So really disappointed with their company and the retailers shop where i purchased if the company not taking any action on this i m sure i will not hesitate to suit against the company and the retailer shop according to the consumer act...

            We purchased the product on 29/5 from great eastern, maheshta supposed to be installed on 31/5. Person entrusted the job did not turn up without any information to us. On enquiry, he assured to complete installation by 12.30 on 01st june. Again on outcall at 12.30pm, he informed that it will be delayed further. I am really scared with your service quality at the very beginning itself. Please arrange to carry out installation through other person in order to avoid harrassment to us.

              On 27.2.17 i had purchased ocean 3g from m/s e. M. C, arupara,
              Ramrajatala, howrah, (Invoice no.203). Within 2/3 months abnormal sound could be heard from left motor. The matter was brought to notice of m/s emc and technician during servicing on 17.6.17. No action for more than 1 month. After repeated follow up another technician came and opined that left motor to be replaced. Again prolonged follow up. On 25.9.17, technician came and replaced defective motor with another old motor. Moreover, i had to pay rs350 as "motor carrying charge" (Invoice 483). This is clear violation of the terms of warranty. The matter was brought to notice of your h. O through telephone on 25.9.17, followed by reminder call on 7.10.17. No action, no response.
              I, therefore, request you a) to replace old motor fitted on 25.9.17 by a new one b) to refund rs 350 paid as motor carring charges.

              Mr krshnakata singha (sales officer), sale a ocean Max BK (RS 16380)dt11.11.17 & take full payment .He told me that after 2 months I will give u receipt & free service. But still now no response for me & Ashmita enterprise medinipure/khargpure no co operate with me.

                I have purchased Vent Air Chimney (Ocean) and have booked docket No. 098269 dated 10.2.2017 for maintenance and have booked another docket No. 149733 dated 14.4.2017 for Auto clean mode not working. Till date no service personnel of the company visited my house inspite of several requests made over phone. So, I request that do something as I have an aged mother at home to look after her due to non functioning of Chimney I have facing lot of problems.

                  Bus crew was rude and speaking vulgarly, bus sleeper cabin was dirty and part of vents are unrepaired when i complained about this, they repled that's your fate and we are not responsible. They didn't provide extra shelter as i suffered cold severely.
                  Please take action.

                    Chimney not working

                    The Chimney (Ventair Auto Gold) purchased from the company on 22.08.2010 is not working since April, 2015. After my repeated reminders the company service person visited my house in the month June, 2014 and told that the motor has to be replaced which is under warranty period of 5 years since then even after repeated reminders on phone to the company officials the matter remains unresolved....

                    i purchased vent air chimney in july 2012. they had promised 3 free servicing in the 1st year but till now i have received none from the. now the problem is the oil is tripling down from the nossles whenever i try to use it. i have been calling the customer service to send people for emergency servicing since the last 1 week but till no nobody turned up. when i called up the customer centre the third time, they rudely spoke to me on the phone and in the fourth call, they received the call but without talkng , just hung up the phone. but they have till now not sent any person for fixing up the problem.

                    they talk extremely rudely on phone and have dissatisfactory after sales service. they just don't care once their products are sold.

                    Vent Air — Warranty period service

                    Puchased one RO Purifier from vent air franchaise at 26c Jatin Das Road on 7.10.10.(CM1345)
                    It is within warranty period. It is not working now due to defective Membrane as told.
                    They said that it is not covered in the warranty time over six month without disclosing
                    the same at the time of purchase

                      We had purchased a Ventair Water Purifier and a Ventair Chimney through your authorized dealer Krishna Associates in Salt Lake City, Kolkata. Kindly note that we had purchased the same on 17th January 2010, and had made the respective payments by cheque. Mr Pulak Ghosh had promised us that this sale was a combo offer wherein we would get a free gift - a Ventair gas cooker.
                      Kindly note that we have till date not received the guarantee card for the water purifier,the user manual, neither the free gift. Moreover we have got to know that the water purifier is of TDS 20, whereas the international recommended TDS levels for all water purifiers is within 60 -100. Your people are telling us that they can fix the same incase we purchase some "iron remover" which would again cost us Rs 400.
                      We have been repeatedly contacting your offices, and have also spoken to Mr Jhawar, who has been promising to solve our problems but to no avail. We need the problem to be solved immediately, or have a refund on our purchases while we return your products back to you.

                        Dear all,
                        My father,an old person has bought a chimney five months back. After using it for five months it has started mal functioning,the fan of the chimney is not working properly, it has started stopping any moment, my father has tried his best to contact them but erverytime the result is same, sometime false commitment and most of the time rude behavoiur. So I just want to raise a question, is it a crime to buy a chimney from VentAir.They don't know how to behave with a old person with a customer.They were so rude.I just want to share this bad experience with you people ,if possible give me your feedback which is very important for me.Plese do something.

                        i have booked a customer service (promised while purchase) with D/No[protected]and it is told that one of their representative would attain my booking for service, but till date nobody come to my place except only make a call on 13 Jul 2014.

                          I bought a Ventair Cooking Hob on 18th February. After using it for only 5 months the cooking hobs surface made from poor quality got blasted.
                          We tried to contact the company but none has turned up and we recieved terrific bad behaviour. I also urge everyone not to buy product from this company "Ventair". The only thing they do is mis behaviour and intructing you to call other person of the company.

                          P.S. - At this moment I dont have the snaps of the blasted glass at my pc will upload it at my next writing.

                          To extend the previous writing...
                          We have approached the Consumer Forum Kolkata branch, and now when the company has got a call from the forum, they not only refuse to appear before the officials of the forum but also called us and repeated if not accelerated their rude behaviour.
                          They claimed their cooking hob surface which is made up of glass to be toughened and tempered(heat) one while selling and now when I asked them how can a tempered glass get blast out of heat, they claim it as normal and can happen.
                          How can a company which produces such a delicate yet dangerous product like LPG cooking oven can make such an unsafe product and yet sell more to customers all over India. This company should be banned or Goverment should test each of these product and then only should allow them to sell.
                          I urge all Customers to avoid buying these unsafe Cooking oven ( Glass Cooking Hobs) or some accident can happen anytime.
                          Me and my wife just survived bcoz of gods grace as the cooking hob blasted when we were just out of the kitchen for 2 mins.
                          P.S.- I bought a chimney from them also as a combo product along with the cooking hob and that is also not an effective machine.

                          Ventair India — Urgent help

                          I have recently purchased Ventair Products: Water purifier which is not upto the industry standards... Has anyone been able to take any kind of Legal action towards Ventair? They are simply not responding to my constant complaints and are not at all willing to help out in any way.. kindly advise
                          I bought ventair induction cooker at Asansol in an Exhibition in 2009. Before expire of warranty period it did not work. Contact nos.given on the receipts were of no use.
                          I have purchased a Ventair chimney on june'2010. Within 4-5 months one of its lamp not working. We phoned them and they came and took the lamp and said it gets fused. We have to buy it . He gave us his phone number but no one is receiving it. It is about one month nobody giving any solution. I checked the point from where the bulb is taken and
                          found there is no power. They have taken my good bulb by cheating me. This is the service of ventair.

                          I bought a ventair chimney in April 2011. It was working fine but after the 1st servicing, it started making noise. Repeated calls and complain bookings have gone to deaf's ear. Normally customer care does not pick up phone and if by chance they pick up they give silly excuses. I can not blame the company, it is the staff who are poorly trained, unskilled.
                          I shall advice people to avoid buying products from Ventair as the after sales service is very poor.
