On 27.2.17 i had purchased ocean 3g from m/s e. M. C, arupara,
Ramrajatala, howrah, (Invoice no.203). Within 2/3 months abnormal sound could be heard from left motor. The matter was brought to notice of m/s emc and technician during servicing on 17.6.17. No action for more than 1 month. After repeated follow up another technician came and opined that left motor to be replaced. Again prolonged follow up. On 25.9.17, technician came and replaced defective motor with another old motor. Moreover, i had to pay rs350 as "motor carrying charge" (Invoice 483). This is clear violation of the terms of warranty. The matter was brought to notice of your h. O through telephone on 25.9.17, followed by reminder call on 7.10.17. No action, no response.
I, therefore, request you a) to replace old motor fitted on 25.9.17 by a new one b) to refund rs 350 paid as motor carring charges.
