I am raised a complaint regarding this issue to the vendor named GREAT EASTERN HABRA BRANCH 743263 and the said company ISD but they did not given me a satisfactory resolve. I bought a Ventair Cooking Hob on 18th February. After using it for only 5 months the cooking hobs surface made from poor quality got blasted.
We tried to contact the company but none has turned up and we recieved terrific bad behaviour. I also urge everyone not to buy product from this company "Ventair". The only thing they do is mis behaviour and intructing you to call other person of the company.
