After few months of purchase my induction bottom 7.5L pressure cooker bottom plate loose they i left product on service center after online complaint who's ticket id is 2072787. Now it's having almost a year but product not delivered. Also complaint id is gone or given to another person and on service center where i left the product for replacement are saying product is delivered. I ask for docket number even they are not giving to me.
Please help me to resolve this case...

i had conference call with service center and consumer court agent the told us that company stopped production of 7.5L cooker. instead of that you can get 5L cooker but after some argument they agree to deliver 5L and 3L cooker. product is delivered today but the invoice is not given by them.

    Warranty claim

    Hi Team.,

    I have purchased a stove from online platform : flipkart on 31 oct 2021 . But facing some problem in burner hence wanted a visit to fix this issue. Also tried multiple time on stovekraft site for this same issue. Attaching my invoice for this product....

              While cooking pigeon glass top blasted and scattered into small pieces ... Thankfully no injury noted but highly disappointed as the reputed company sells such life threatening products ... Was taken away by good looks ...But now strictly against glass top burners ... Kindly look into the matter and I have complaint to pigeon customer care it's been more then 5 hours and no 1 came to visit still... My parents are oldies and stay alone as we stay away from them ... Without gas or stove they are suffering alotttt... I beg to look into the matter as soon as possible

                The Induction cooktop caught fire in its circuit

                Kept the water for boiling and the induction cooktop caught fire inside its circuit and the flame was there. That flame burned my bedsheet as well. The flame started getting bigger inside the induction and I had to blow it off somehow. I NEED REPLACEMENT OF THE INDUCTION IT IS IN WARRANTY....

                      Induction cooktop warranty claim

                            All the customer care numbers mentioned in their websites and catalogue of products are not responding or not working. We are trying to reach them from so many days and we have also contacted their service center in haldwani, uttarakhand but the refused to help and also misbehaved with us, even they are not providing us the working customer care number, and when asked to kindly raise complain from there side or atleast provide a working number they abruptly abused and kicked me out of there centre, the product we asked them to get serviced was purchase 2 month ago and still under warranty.

                              I Surendra kumar Mishra an old user of Pigeon company products. I have never got any complain regarding the product i bought from Pigeon. But yesterday on 07/05/2022 during cooking of food, all of sudden the Gas Stove glass that was also bought from the pigeon stovekart broken with a spark sound. One of my family member also got hurt.
                              This is my humble request to Pigeon Company to review the products so that the forthecoming buyers shouldn't suffer from such Disaster and the Product liability remains the same.

                                  I had bought a pigeon by stovekraft 3 burner glasstop gasstove last October from stovekraft online store on amazon, since a month I was facing issues with its knob but last week things got escalated and that knob started to catch fire when I tried to light that burner
                                  I have request a doorstep service for my pigeon stove which is under warrenty, I raised a ticked 2258969 on 24th it has been 4 days but nobody has visited or called me for service I am very disappointed as the stove is not working properly and the knob is catching fire which is very risky. Stove craft has very pathetic service, I have tried to contact the service person on the number provided to me by them but that number is not contactable, I have tried calling many times, he is not answering my calls
