I've Pigeon electril kettle. I have purchased it from amazon on 07 September 2021. It has 1 year warranty but now it has stopped working. I emailed to customer care on 3rd Jan 2022, they asked me to go nearby dealer which MM Enterprises in Pimple Saudagar, Pune. I visited MM Enterprises on 05 Jan 2022. It is not working and I am trying to call their support number and sent email as well but no response as no one answer call and one of their phone number is also not working. Don’t buy anything from this company. There is no support or warranty doesn’t work....

This is to inform you that the new glass top gas stove of pigeon brand which i ordered from amazon on 25/12/2021 & recieved it on 28/12/21, had damage to the knob which we realised while using the stove … one knob of the stove is coming out often & also the plastic knob is getting damaged( melting) due to heat … i had called the customercare of pigeon on 30/12/21, they said service guy will come to check it …but none turned out …...

Swift stainless Steel pressure cooker purchased online through Amazon on 29.9.21 not working properly. Lid is not closing properly. Once the lid thrown out of cooker base while cooking. At the initial stage lot of complaint of leakage of steam. No response from customer care people to my email and least bothered to attend phone call....

The induction is not working properly. If any utensils is placed on it, the induction will make a kook kook noise and it will stop after a while....

My pegion induction stove is not working it need to be repaired it's in warrenty period...

I have purchased four burner gas chulha from Flipkart (On line) vide order no.[protected] on 3.10.2021, model no. 14346, model name - Brunet.It is not working well since it was purchased. I am very fed up from this product.

Actually i have purchased a pigeon favourite electric kettle from Flipkart on 20/11/2021 and according to Policy my product is under warranty for 12 month's or 1 year and now only 3 months complete and kettle is doesn't work so please resolve the issue...

Such a pathetic company, no customer care number, no service, no call back, within 1 month product stopped working...

I have bought 3ltr induction base pressure cooker on DTD 07.01.2021 from kiran trading co., Amritsar. It has 05 years warranty. Cooker's botton plate pulled out .I go to the service center near me. They give me product replacement tag to replace the cooker. but now my dealer did not give me new cooker because he left the dealership of pigeon . Now from where I got my new pressure cooker. Please resolve my matter as soon as possible.

It's not working when we connect it to supply and still pannel did not show any response. I bought it from Flipkart.
My product is still in warranty period.
