To claim warranty for defective products from this company (STOVEKRAFT) is a nightmare. Customer care is irresponsible and immature. Service centre demands bribes from customers who claim warranty. Immoral behaviour. They sell third class products with poor built quality and not provide proper service.
Please refrain from buying any product from this company. It's trash.
So called technican named " Velu " from this Service center took hundred rupees(from my Father) in the name of processing fees and told third party handles were used (which is not true) and assured replacement will be sent to the mentioned address on the invoice. Two weeks later i had called him to know the whereabouts. He said my warrenty claim was rejected due to improper invoice. Even though it is an old invoice, details were still intact and original. I asked why wasn't I informed of this earlier and he said customer care should have let me know of this issue. I got frustrated and mailed customer care and called them. They kept dragging this case for past one week despite me sharing soft copy of the orginal invoice and other details.
Senior Magesh Kumar is also not answering my calls and messages. He convinced me to ease the process. Now he is ignoring me.
5 litre cooker is still at the service centre.
They don't have courtesy to reply calls, mails and messages. Still no progress.

Save yourself from hassel and agony by not buying these third grade products from this company.
I'm worried about their investors and customers.
Remember one thing, a dissatisfied customer is never going to be a long term customer. Bad word of mouth will also be a huge problem.

Black sheep is the dealer who dragged the replacement processes. He was not updating the details of my product for months. Stovekraft kept telling I have to submit the product. Please weed out such rowdy dealers. Make better products first hand, so that customer doesn't have to go through replacement process. Make replacement process seemless for customer retention. I have another 2, 3l ib cookers with lid closure issue. Let's see how the company is going to handle it. Thanks for replacement anyways.

Updated by Udh123 Their customer service is third class. They ask you for the whole story every time you call them and wait and then cut the call. They'll never call back as promised. Connecting to a human is a luck as it rarely happens. They never resolve problems. Rather they keep on annoying the customer by acting immature like disconnecting the call, not providing any resolution. Please don't buy pathetic products from this blood money thirsty greedy company. They have improper standards.
