I purchased above the kettle online from Amazon in July, 2021. The kettle is not functioning within a month of its purchase.

First service was given in December, 2021 where they said coil is changed. Second service Compliant id – 2125674 – 25.01.21 (12.55pm /[protected] they said problem with switch.

Had given 2 services and you are asking me to give it for service again. If the product had been given twice and still fails I think it is the responsibility to give replacement.

I had already given the kettle twice at your service centre "SIDDU COMMUICATIONS" as per your sales team guidance. Mr. Murali their Redhills service centre person is the one who gave the sales person contact.

Within a span of 2 months I had given the new kettle for service at your service center. Again the kettle is not working.

I have been writing to them since last 2 months to get replacement for the product and there has been no response.

          I had raised a complaint for abnormality of Pigeon Stove which was purchased a month ago. I don’t see any response on ticket : 2184740 either or a proper service center number.                       To claim warranty for defective products from this company (STOVEKRAFT) is a nightmare. Customer care is irresponsible and immature. Service centre demands bribes from customers who claim warranty. Immoral behaviour. They sell third class products with poor built quality and not provide proper service.

                      Please refrain from buying any product from this company. It's trash.

                      So called technican named " Velu " from this Service center took hundred rupees(from my Father) in the name of processing fees and told third party handles were used (which is not true) and assured replacement will be sent to the mentioned address on the invoice. Two weeks later i had called him to know the whereabouts. He said my warrenty claim was rejected due to improper invoice. Even though it is an old invoice, details were still intact and original. I asked why wasn't I informed of this earlier and he said customer care should have let me know of this issue. I got frustrated and mailed customer care and called them. They kept dragging this case for past one week despite me sharing soft copy of the orginal invoice and other details.

                      Senior Magesh Kumar is also not answering my calls and messages. He convinced me to ease the process. Now he is ignoring me.

                      5 litre cooker is still at the service centre.

                      They don't have courtesy to reply calls, mails and messages. Still no progress.

                      I'm worried about their investors and customers.

                      Remember one thing, a dissatisfied customer is never going to be a long term customer. Bad word of mouth will also be a huge problem.

                      After a long wait, a quality 5l ib cooker was delivered directly to my home. Email the customer service rather than phone call. Their email is a lot more responsive now. Black sheep is the dealer who dragged the replacement processes. He was not updating the details of my product for months. Stovekraft kept telling I have to submit the product. Please weed out such rowdy dealers. Make better products first hand, so that customer doesn't have to go through replacement process. Make replacement process seemless for customer retention. I have another 2, 3l ib cookers with lid closure issue. Let's see how the company is going to handle it. Thanks for replacement anyways.

                      Their customer service is third class. They ask you for the whole story every time you call them and wait and then cut the call. They'll never call back as promised. Connecting to a human is a luck as it rarely happens. They never resolve problems. Rather they keep on annoying the customer by acting immature like disconnecting the call, not providing any resolution. Please don't buy pathetic products from this blood money thirsty greedy company. They have improper standards.

                        6 months after buying the glass top gas stove from pigeon one of the buttons of gas got jammed ..and now all the other buttons of gas are getting jammed slowly slowly ..and even the flame has reduced from the burners..I want replacement of the gas stove now coz it’s not even a year and this stove has been giving me so many prblms

                          Description of issue: Gas stove has manufacturing defect.

                          I had raised complaint of it online and it has been more than 3 weeks, no update on it. I had written couple of emails to them still they are not replying. Neither they pick the call nor they reply over what's app chat.

                          Quite frustrating experience. They have marked my ticket as part pending. I don't know from where they are bringing that part.

                          Very irresponsible and unprofessional behaviour shown by them. It looks as if they don't care about customer once they sold products.

                            Purchased from Amazon. They said that for warranty company need to be contacted directly. Provided a number that is the number pigeon baby care product.

                            Contacted Stovekraft on their e-mail id. They responded asking following details:

                                      The steel body of my pigeon electric kettle got broken from the top within a few weeks of my usage. It's not due to any physical damage. It is only because of the poor quality of the steel that has been used in this kettle.
