Pigeon Acer Plus Induction Cooktop is NOT Getting Switched ON

The steel body of my pigeon electric kettle got broken from the top within a few weeks of my usage. It's not due to any physical damage. It is only because of the poor quality of the steel that has been used in this kettle.

Induction top is in warranty and it has stopped working .

Hi I am buying the pigeon gas stove 3 burner but is a one burner is not working properly I am using these a flame is yellow and After doing that, all the utensils turn black from below, , , so please help as soon as possible in please resolve this query asap

Pressure are not working properly during the cooking the gas is lick when we close the cooker top cover there is some issue with cooker

I've Pigeon electril kettle. I have purchased it from amazon on 07 September 2021. It has 1 year warranty but now it has stopped working. I emailed to customer care on 3rd Jan 2022, they asked me to go nearby dealer which MM Enterprises in Pimple Saudagar, Pune. I visited MM Enterprises on 05 Jan 2022. Technician from MM Enterprises checked the kettle and told me that I'll get free replacement as it is under warranty. He asked me to send warranty card, kettle photo to him. I sent him. He told me that he will lodge the complaint and I will get the new kettle in 20-25 days and old kettle will be collected on the same day. After that I called MM Enterprises many times as I have not received any complaint number, he told me that he has been calling customer care from long time and everytime there phone gets busy. I keep calling him many times. He doesn't reply to my calls. I have raised this issue to customer care. I have sent 16 mails to customer care but still I'm not getting any response.

Turned off while working. Now not working at all

We bought Pigeon Gas Stove from Big Bazar. It is not working and I am trying to call their support number and sent email as well but no response as no one answer call and one of their phone number is also not working. Don’t buy anything from this company. There is no support or warranty doesn’t work.

I had bought an induction in the month of December. Then after 20 days it got worse. I have given it to the service center for repair. It's been a month, till date I haven't given it properly, very bad service...

Cattle is not heating up though showing red indicater on.

This is to inform you that the new glass top gas stove of pigeon brand which i ordered from amazon on 25/12/2021 & recieved it on 28/12/21, had damage to the knob which we realised while using the stove … one knob of the stove is coming out often & also the plastic knob is getting damaged( melting) due to heat … i had called the customercare of pigeon on 30/12/21, they said service guy will come to check it …but none turned out … i called twice after that, the guy said he is near my home & i was waiting but he never turned up ….

So first of all when we are paying such a huge price & buying a branded item, this kind of damage is unacceptable … it is bad on the reputation of your brand & digusting to customers like us … secondly when things happened & we call your customer care then its your responsibility to fix it atleast… but you guys are like fooling us …

This is pathetic on the reputed brand like pigeon ….i have been using pigeon appliances since 10 yrs but this is the first time such a poor reponse …. I really feel sorry on the decision of buying this item …. Hopeless service

Swift stainless Steel pressure cooker purchased online through Amazon on 29.9.21 not working properly. Lid is not closing properly. Once the lid thrown out of cooker base while cooking. At the initial stage lot of complaint of leakage of steam. No response from customer care people to my email and least bothered to attend phone call.

The induction is not working properly. If any utensils is placed on it, the induction will make a kook kook noise and it will stop after a while.
