        I got pigeon 2 burner stove in dmart, high flame burner button was very true tight and hard to rotate. I reques you to change the button.

              I have purchased the Pigeon gas stove from Flipkart(E-commerce) on 16/10/2020. After that we opened the item on 18/11/2020, then we found the item is having manufacturing defect. so i sent the mail to stovecraft customer care to replace the item. they registered my call and allotted job Number[protected]. But till now No response from the service center. As a item is manufacturing defect, I would like to replace the item .

              but till now they not take any action.

                I ordered pigeon cookware set through Amazon on 25 February of 2020 but the non-stick coating start removing from the tawa and kadhai.

                  This is to inform u that i had bought a 5 lt cooker from flipkart on[protected]. My invoice#FA[protected], Seller name TIRUPATI BIZ LINK LLP. My issue is the bottom of the cooker is no longer flat, it has become oval kind. Then the whistle doesn't work properly and it leads to over cooking and suddenly every thing comes out from the gasket release system. This happened 2wice with me. I got scared and tried contacting the customer care orissa. They gave me number of of some quality control person named Trinath Puja panda. But he is not responding properly. Request u to kindly review this and get this resolved at the earliest.

                    Bought it online in nov 30 nd stopped working after 10 days registered a complaint on 15 dec 20 they told me their execituve will attend u in 3 working days but no response from any one till date and thn i called ur office so many time but u dont pick the phone ...
                    Worst service provider ...is there anything for consumer forum...pls help in this way..

                              Recently i have bought a Pigeon Ultra Glass, Stainless Steel Manual Gas Stove from flipkart on 13th of october 2020 and it has gas leakge problem and it keeps on burning even after i turn off the knob. i have even complained to their customer care about this problem but no service has provided yet.

                                Hi team,

                                We have purchased a pressure cooker and its not working again again we are facing a lot of challenges and then we called customer care they provide service center details in ajmer name prem prakash [protected] he said it should be replaced then we didnt receive any call for the replacement and we called again in cutomer care they said your ticket is closed

                                How is possible without letting us know they closed our ticket and then they provide another number service manager which is in jaipur [protected] we spoke he said i m working on it then he is also not responding.

                                I request you to please take required action against all this.Cooker needs to replace still its not working
