I have ordered Pigeon Non - Stick Cookware 7Pcs Gift set Cookware Set (Aluminium, 7 - Piece) which includes 1 Kadai, 1Tadka Pan, 1 Spatula, 1 Sauce Pan, 1 Tawa, 1 Fry Pan from Flipkart on 16/10/2020 which was delivered on 04/11/2020 in which KADAI was defected and got more defected after one use. The product was received damaged too. Kindly replace my product.

    I have purchased new induction with the model rapido cute but is giving error E2, raised a complaint within 2 days but now it's been 2 months did not get the service, several time send email, multiple reminder through whatts app but no use, still seeking for service, purchased through dealer but they are saying to contact stovecraft.       I purchase pigeon pressure cooker three combo pack by flipkart. Online description there is no where mention how to use the pressure cooker. But after receiving the product there is label containing that Only USE ON LAW FLAME

            Hi,
            I have pigeon 4burner stove.Today suddenly glass top has been shuttered suddenly & it was like scary.Luckily no one was around it.Otherwise effect will be worse.Please arrange someone for to check.It is under warranty.It is becoming difficult to find the customer care to attend it.Pls look into it.

                      I purchased pigeon electric kettle on 11 jan 2020 from Amazon. My kettle is under warranty period of 1 year. Now from last month kettle is not working. I tried too many times to area manager Pankaj Gupta and Kapil Mehta to rectify the issue but none of them is responding me. Neither they responding my call nor call me back. It is more than 1 month and I am continously trying for customer support. Please help me out

                        Hi I had raised a complaint number 1578170 a person called after 5 days..telling me that he will come in 30 mins dint turn up after 4 hours. When called he told that he's in another customer place and will come ..but still dint turn up ..it was 5pm then I called him up and asked him not to come cause I need the stove for diwali...how pathetic. If you are not interested in solving a problem why have a customer care..I've never seen such a worst customer care ..ever..no response nothing..today one person called to ask whether I have rectified the stove or not..so that he can close the complain..I would never ever buy another pigeon product..very irresponsible and service is very very pathetic..please don't have a service team if you are really not interested in service..you guys delay for 5 days so that we might get our stove rectified with a local vendor and calling us after a week to check whether we have done that or not..so pathetic

                          Gas stove with 4 burners

                          Glass shattered after using it for 1 year, luckily it happened when moved away from the stove. I was shocked when I read a similar complaint and the photo looked like they have taken our stove photo.
                          I am surprised that pigeon has not recalled this model yet. Its life threatening, please ask your everyone not to use this product....

                          I ordered one pressure cooker set in aug but unfortunately it is not working now. It so pathetic that I have bitter experience with pigeon brand. Please do the needfull. It is 3+2 litres of pressure cooker.

                            I have purchased the pressure cooker just a year before and it has a warranty of 5yrs. But today when i placed daal for boiling, the cooker started to make weirded noise and it was very threatening noise and i feared a blast, so i immediately switched off the gas and placed the cooker aside. Please take appropriate action and get my problem fixed at the earliest.

                                    Hello Pigeon by Stovekraft Team, I have bought Pigeon by Stovekraft Basics Aluminium Non-stick Cookware Set, Set of 3 (With one lid), Pink in Amazon on 6th September 2020 and it was delivered on 9th September 2020. I have used kadai only a few times(hardly 4-5 times) and Teflon coating on One kadai is gone and I have tried calling you to raise this issue since the last couple of days but no luck. I have tried by the following ways

                                    Call To[protected]Number is not in use)
                                    Call To [protected](Number not picking up)
                                    Missed call To +91-[protected]
                                    These above numbers are given to me by Amazon Team and mentioned on your website.

                                    PFA for image and video of the kadai and Invoice

                                    So I request you kindly look into this issue and solve it ASAP.
                                    If you fail to address my problem give me SERVICE DENY LETTER

                                    I've raised my issue through email 13th October, till now no proper response from your side. Very pathetic response worst management.
