Hello,

I had purchased a pigeon infinity glass manual gas stove on 15th june 2019 from flipkart. Today, that is 12th june 2020, the glass top started to break itself and the pieces started to fall off by itself. I stay in hyderabad.

    Bought a three burner gas stove 3 months back and have started facing gas leakage issue. Raised the ticket but no help till now... Talked to the manager anuj sharma who has no clue how to help the customer and even talk to the customer

            I am facing the issue in my induction stove
            There is showing e0 issue again and again within a every 2 second,

            I am completely dependent on this for cooking, so resolve this issue asap

            When connect with customer care the are not register any complain regarding this. They told me service is not available.

            I am very disappointed with this product,

                  Glass top blasted and scattered in small pieces while cooking. The glass top of the our pigeon gas stove shattered suddenly today morning (Date 8th April 2020, Wednesday). It happened so fast that the pieces of glass flew more than 15ft. We are lucky that none o[censored]s got injured. The gas stove was bought from Paytm App on 11th Oct, 2018.

                  I purchased pigeon 4 burner gas stove (4 br smart 311119) on 19/06-2019. After two months the gas showed leakage with fire flames belowe the burner even after the gas is switched off and so i registered a complaint at the pigeon service centre kerala. A technician came and repaired it by saying that he had cleared the leakage. On the very next day itself again the same problem occured and again i complained. But the technician came only after my four to five request and that too after one month. The same technician came and cleared the leakage and told me that and if again the same complaint is shown he will change the necessary parts. When he left the same complained again occured and i again complained but even after several requests he came and replaced some parts of it. After a few days again the leakage is found and we can see fire flames under the stove in two areas. Once again i complained but till this date nobody came even after my several demands.
                  We are residing in a flat and having two kids also. Hence it is highly risky to live here with such a leakaged stove, no doubt it is a manufacturing defect and it is so essential to replace the stove with a new one.

                  Sir, i have purchased pigeon chimney model number-60 in january 2018. Now the chimney is not working since last three days.
                  Hence, it is requested to please arrange service engineer to rectify the problem at the earliest.
                  The power supply is coming to Chimney, but chimney blower is not running due to which chimney is not working.

                    I purchase a pigeon induction cooker model is acer plus but after 1.5 month it is not working i complaint already but he give me no any solution again i sumbit a complaint i am sure now he give me a solution properly.                       My complain regarding my gas stove, while the gas in on top glass of my stove has blast and spread all over my house.
                      My complain id is 1419320, till now no response from your side. Worst thing from your part for a customer
                      The complain was given on 6th of this month but till now no technician came.
                      I called to customar care people they told it will be resolved in 48hrs, after 2 days they have asigned a local dealer.
                      He called me and told he will clear again in 2 days, but still now no response and not picking up my call also.

                        I bought pigeon glasstop 4 burner gas stove on 18/01/2020 through flipcart, the glasstop got shattered and i launge complaint with no 1421209.in warranty card it is mentioned that glass can be replaced. But service centre person refusing orally and saying its chargable for online purchse and non chargeble for local purchse. Why such difference i couldn't understand. Kindly guide me properly for the same issue. I noticed that it is the most common issue with this product so company should work on this to fix the repeated issues. It looses customer faith.

                        We have bought Pigeon by Stovekraft 2-Burner glass top gas stove (Black) recently. One knob is not functioning and it's not working or moving at all, it's got strucked. It's delivered to us on 11th february 2020 and it's just a one month till now and it's not at all working. Please help us in resolving this.
                        Induction stove not working properly...suddenly power off and not continuous working...mostly five or ten minutes only proper working.some error code displayed ( E6 ). This is new one .I purchased[protected].kindly solve this problem immediately.

                            My complaint number is 1401762. Its been 5 days, glasses on glass top gas stove got burst and the one who was cooking was injured and my husband was injured while cleaning it! Its just been 2months I bought gilma Nero 3 burner Automatic glass top stove at Bangalore “Chimney and Chulla” and I am currently using it in chennai! Still now no good response! When I contacted service center, the guy at service center arrogantly disconnected the call saying that who gave me my number and I cant give you a good response! Customer care people told me to contact him! Now they are saying that there is no stock of glass! I dont need replacement of glass, I need refund for this stove! I dont get the confidence to cook with this since this happened within a month o[censored]sage! I think you guys are selling defective product! Worst ever! You guys will refund only if someone dies? If you guys dont refund my money, am going to sue on stovekraft and I will protest before Chimney and Chulla, banaswadi along with the broken stove.
                            Do respond as soon as possible!

                            I have register a complaint three days before under complaint no.1422175.but I have got no response from company within these three days.l am very sorry to say that now I will never purchase any pigeon product in future because of poor product services.

                              I have bought Pigeon Rapido Premium on 16th February 2020 from Big Bazaar Vasant Kunj Mall. After 10 days dated 26th February 2020 its not working anymore. Its start with a beep and shut downs.
                              I haven't expected this from Brand like Pigeon. Waiting for quick response.

                                i rohit suresh mede purchased pigeon 3 burner gas stove on 19/02/2019 from kelven steel kamothe khandeshwar navi mumbai shop. At the time of purchasing gas stove kelven steel (shopkeeper or agent) told me that there is warranty of glass and gas is of 2 years. On 05/2/2020 the glass of the gas stove has been broken so i contact pigeon customer care no:[protected] the person responded was ms. Ritu she gave me the number of regional manager number named amardas mobile number: [protected]. So i dialed amardas number he told me that tomorrow our service agent will come and he will check the glass stove if it is broken by water then you have to pay glass fitting charges otherwise it will be free of cost. Today pigeon service agent visit my home and checked glass stove and it was not broken by using water. He then told me that your glass been replaced free of cost after that he click some pictures of glass stove and sent to mr amardas and give present information that for what reason glass has been broken. Mr amardas said customer has to pay charge for that nothing will be free of cost. So i want to ask pigeon company who is right and who is wrong. No one give me proper solution. I purchased gas stove on 19/02/2019 and not a single year passed and my glass stove broken. I kindly request you to replace my glass stove or provide me proper service free of cost.

                                One KNOB is not working properly and another KNOB is completely failure (Broken ) . Gas is leaked in KNOB .

                                    This is raju i m using one o[censored]r product that is induction stove when i keeping any induction supported pot on the stove its following current on whole pot. So i m unable to cook. It was also same problem in the last complaint and again i m facing the same issue i also had paid 150rs for home service how many times i have to pay the amount within warranty period, it's really awful, please help me on the same asap.

                                      Dear team,

                                      I had placed an online order on pigeon appliances online for i-gt - intelligent gas trolley on date: 13-sep-2012 10:31 pm. It's been more than 7 to 8 years. I have not received the product nor did i receive the refund. I have been following up with them since the day i placed the order and i have not received any response for the email nor response from the customer care.

                                      Can you please help here, i had paid for the order online through my banking support.
