My complaint number is 1401762. Its been 5 days, glasses on glass top gas stove got burst and the one who was cooking was injured and my husband was injured while cleaning it! Its just been 2months I bought gilma Nero 3 burner Automatic glass top stove at Bangalore “Chimney and Chulla” and I am currently using it in chennai! Still now no good response! When I contacted service center, the guy at service center arrogantly disconnected the call saying that who gave me my number and I cant give you a good response! Customer care people told me to contact him! Now they are saying that there is no stock of glass! I dont need replacement of glass, I need refund for this stove! I dont get the confidence to cook with this since this happened within a month o[censored]sage! I think you guys are selling defective product! Worst ever! You guys will refund only if someone dies? If you guys dont refund my money, am going to sue on stovekraft and I will protest before Chimney and Chulla, banaswadi along with the broken stove.

Hence, it is requested to please arrange service engineer to rectify the problem at the earliest.
The power supply is coming to Chimney, but chimney blower is not running due to which chimney is not working.
