Hi,
This is raju i m using one o[censored]r product that is induction stove when i keeping any induction supported pot on the stove its following current on whole pot. So i m unable to cook. It was also same problem in the last complaint and again i m facing the same issue i also had paid 150rs for home service how many times i have to pay the amount within warranty period, it's really awful, please help me on the same asap.

    Dear team,

    I had placed an online order on pigeon appliances online for i-gt - intelligent gas trolley on date: 13-sep-2012 10:31 pm. It's been more than 7 to 8 years. I have not received the product nor did i receive the refund. I have been following up with them since the day i placed the order and i have not received any response for the email nor response from the customer care.

    Can you please help here, i had paid for the order online through my banking support.

    Purchased a 5L non induction based cooker from Dmart. After using for three times bottom layer of the cooker turned black ( image enclosed).

      My pigeon favourite ic 1800 w induction cook top on november 2019. I have bought it through flipkart on july 2019. I have raised complaint in flipkart and they forwarded me stovekraft contact details to raise complaint to them. I have raised complaint in december. But till today no service has been provided from stovekraft despite of continuous followup.
      The product is within the warranty period. Due to the delay of stovekraft i have lost ₹ 626 in last month taking ₹ 760 for one lpg cylinder and 11.7 kg per month consumption of a household.
      Hoping necessary action as soon as possible.

        I am using pigeon 3 burner gas stove.. Today the middle gas knob caught fire while cooking all of a sudden.. Got this burner 6 months back only.. Since morning trying to call the pigeon..         Pigeon induction stove was bought from Flipkart by when I it was opened some sounds were coming from inside I thought some breakage appears and also it's not working poor management from pigeon and Flipkart
        My induction cook top stopped working, i bought it on August 2019, it has one yr warranty
        Pigeon Favourite IC 1800 W induction cooktop not working which I purchased on 27 may 2019.This product is under warranty.The induction is give much vibration and sound, not heating also.
        There is a problem with its pressure . i have to hold its handle to make pressure in it.

          I purchased one “pigeon inox 2.5 l induction bottom pressure cooker (Stainless steel)” from d mart super market, rajendra nagar, indore (Madhya pradesh) on 21st december 2019.

          I found the cooker has a manufacturing defect, i. E., air and water goes out through the small hole affixed on the top and hence not whistling.

          As the item is under warranty and the defect is found on the next day of purchasing (During the first cooking itself), i presume this will come under the purview of replacement.

          Kindly advise how should i claim the replacement? Whom should i contact for the same?

            Induction cooktop ic 1800 w induction cooktop stopped working after 6 months, tried contacting their toll free customer care number. But it's ibm customer care number, and the call went to ibm server service support. Pathetic pigeon, i thought this company is a well established one. Otherwise i would have went for samsung or philip induction cooktop.

            Guys beware when you give your number. 1 ### called me seeing my invoice and mobile number on that, saying he is from Pigeon and he will send a service guy if I pay him 10 Rs via google pay. I agreed to that. Later he said he will sent a message which I should forward to him so that he can register the complaint. I felt something fishy and started playing with that forwarding some other text. The text which he was sending was some "device verification" and I'm sure he was trying to loot me with some app. So beware of these guys when you display your number.
            Cooker is not working properly.
            Please refer 1324004 Complaint Id for 4 Burner Gas Stove after lapses of 2-3 Monthes my complaint still not resoved

              Am purchased pigeon 3burner stove 1 half month only old my stove but one burner changing black colour and another two burner bottom coming fire, allready am raise complaint on previous month but that service not solve that issue, so am log one more complaint on dec 15, but still am not get any service from your side, allready one more person alerted for these complaint but his not attend my phone calls, do need full if you not am do need full for pigeon in consumer forum

              One of the burner is not working properly. It is turned off when we put it on sim but the gas is leaking from it.

                I purchased pigeon 4 burner stove on 19.6.2019. Within two months of its use we found gas leakage from the stove and fire was found below the stove even after the stove is off. I registered a complaint and a technician was send and he repaired and said that there was a leakage and he cleared it. But after he left the we found the same leakage again and since the gas is leaking we are not in a position to use it. We are living in flat and this leakage is a threat to all the inhabitants of this flat. Hence we again complained and the complaint reg no is 1340720 and till this date they didn’t pay any attention to our complaint even after our repeated calls. During these days we were not in a position even to cook food and are forced to brought food from outside.
                Hence it is highly necessary to replace this stove as there is manufacturing defect and give a new one. We have 2 children and are not ready to sacrifice our life on an explosion because of gas leakage.

                    gas stove glass broken

                    The glass top of the our pigeon gas stove shattered suddenly. It happened so fast that the pieces of glass flew more than 10ft. We are lucky that none o[censored]s got injured. The gas stove was bought from flipkart in oct, 2017. As i searched online about this incident, i stumbled that this is not of a kind incident.                     I have a 3 burner gas stove and using it since last two years. Today suddenly one of the burner started giving fumes and blasted within second shattering the glass top. This is very dangerous but fortunately nobody was in the kitchen at that moment.

                    Do you have any explanation for this. How come suddenly this can happen. Very angry and highly disappointed 😡 with the product. I can take you guys to court for playing with the lives of customers by selling such products. Will see it that you guys feel the heat of this blast which happened in my house.

                      my induction stove is not working

                      I have purchased a 4 burner gas stove of pigeon from flipkart invoice number # fac7cw[protected] on 21st october. (Invoice attached)

                      I have problem in one of the gas burner i called at customer service center on 25th october they have taken the complain & request id : 1310604, they have told me that by 27th technician will visit. But today 29th nobody has visited, when i again complain today at customer care they have given me the technician number : [protected], i have tried 5 times but no response.

                      I really get fadeup with the service of pigeon, and now i am really thinking to return the gas stove. Its a wastage of money, and why stovercraft is giving 2 years warranty? If they could not handle the service request properly.

                              I purchased pigeon induction online from amazon.in on January 2018. Now that induction is not working properly it is switching off after every 2 minutes then it again have to restart. Please solve the issue as early as possible.

                                  I bought two nos. Of pigeon yuga water bottles for my kids a month before and they told is unbreakable but one of water bottle cap is broken. No response with dealer. Pls help with this issue and still my bottle is under warranty. Need to replace the cap as well please let know why the customer care service of pigeon not picking the call. I tried every numbers but no reply

                                    I bought a pigeon 3 burner gas stove on demart coimbatore (On 6th march 2019). They gave me a gas stove and not let me to check the condition and since i was also in a hurry bury because it was my house warming on next day of the day i purchased i took the gas stove without check. Later next day only i saw that in all three burners the stand to sit for vessels above burner is fits well for only one burner which is in middle. Other two is not at all suitable and can't even cook properly it made some fire accidents few times.
                                    I have purchase bill and warranty card everything.
                                    I have complaint about the same to stovekraft on march itself and it's been almost 8 months but still there is no response and very much disappointed. I have all the mails discussed with stovecraft. If this problem is not rescued within this week i am going to complaint this with consumer compliance.
