I purchased Pigeon brunet gas stove 2 burner on 23rd march 2023, delivered on 25th march.
Today morning (i.e., 19April2023) the glass top of the stove broken suddenly while cooking, It happened so fast and small pieces of glass spreaded around, no one was injured luckily, Logged a complaint by calling pigeon customer care, they are saying only for manufacturing defects, replacement will be done.
This type of manufacturing is failure and life threatening

    Electric Zoom chopper

    Hi,

    I had purchased zoom chopper in december 2022 and it stopped working after few usages. It has 6 months warranty, I had complained to customer care of stovekraft. They provided service center address to visit and get the chopper serviced. But when I went on that address there is no service center exist and when I called to the service center number they provided he told me some different address. I want my petrol expenses...

    I have purchased a new Rapido Sleek Induction Cooktop from Flipkart on 24th of August 2022, I start using it since last 9-10 days and I found that the device has some serious issues, very frequently when I am using the Induction it is causing E6 issue so frequently, I even tried to keep the induction cooktop to a bit higher place so that the Fan can pass the air easily but that doesn't help much the issue exists.

    One of your technicians came few months back and he checked and told us that he fixed it and it won't happen again but right after he left I found the same problem.

    This E6 issue is happening so frequently that I am not able to cook properly due to this frequent issue of the cooktop and it seems that a completely faulty device has been sent to me which starts malfunctioning just after 10-11 days of purchasing.

    I have attached the video of the issue as well, please check in the last part of the video and now this is happening so frequently like within every 10-15 seconds it is happening. I don't have any alternate cooking appliance now, so it is getting very difficult for me, so I want a quick replacement for the same else a quick restoration of the fault inside the device.

    NOTE: I don't have any alternate cooking appliance now, so I need the replacement ASAP.

    I never thought that Pigeon will be this bad product when it comes to the cooking appliances.

                  My kitchen chimney motor got faulty, I already have logged complaints 2 times by local dealer does rejected the complaint without provide solution. As 1st incidence he had asked me to pay the visit charge of Rs 500, I have agreed to pay the amount but I have demanded him for the bill of visit charges, he accepted this that he is rejecting my complaint intentionally as I have asked him for the bill.                       I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the pigeon defect stove that I recently purchased from your company. I regret to inform you that the product has a serious defect that has caused me considerable inconvenience and frustration.

                      Issues with flame 🔥

                      The stove burners do not function properly and frequently go out, which makes it impossible for me to cook efficiently. I have to constantly relight the burners and this not only wastes time, but it is also a safety hazard. Moreover, the gas smell from the stove is quite strong, indicating a possible gas leak.

                      I have contacted your customer service department several times to seek assistance with this issue, but the response has been disappointing. I have been made to wait for extended periods of time on the phone, and when I finally get through to a representative, they are unhelpful and dismissive. It is extremely frustrating to spend my hard-earned money on a product that does not work as advertised, and to receive such poor customer service.

                      I request that you take immediate action to rectify this situation. I would like a full refund for the defective stove, as well as compensation for the time and money I have wasted on this product. I trust that you will take this matter seriously and take the necessary steps to resolve it.

                                  Hello,
                                  I have purchased favourite induction cooktop from flipkart. The product is under warranty. The product stopped working suddenly, i contacted customer care and they gave me contact details of service centre. I gave to Ramamurthy nagar service centre and they fixed, but the issue is, I’m not able to use the product now. Its showing E6 error. I gave to service centre twice, and they are not able to fix the issue. As the product is under warranty i need replacement. I already spend Rs600 for sending the product. You guys dont have pickup or door to door service.
