I purchased a Pigeon induction cooker on[protected]. Unfortunately the product which I have received was damaged at the time of delivery itself. I have raised a complaint (Ticket No[protected] to rectify the same and a technician visited on[protected]. He has informed that the board is not in working condition hence needs to be replaced. Even after repeated follow ups they are not ready to replace the product or return my money.

      I have purchased Pigeon Induction Stove Rapido cute.Its only about 7 days now.Initially it was showing error7 e7 but today when I switched it on the glass got broke automatically.Luckily I stepped back. I have contacted the retailer, he was very rude and accused me of breaking the glass myself.then I tried calling the pigeon customer care, but the number was not active. Please help me with this issue

          I had bought induction of piegon
          company in last month.
          And it got damaged in a few days and
          when I complained it was said that it will
          be repaired in four to five days but now it
          is going to be 20 days but nothing
          happened.

            I had purchase the Pigeon Amaze Electrical Kettle 1.5 ltseriel number PGAKT1.5L241474 on 19.03.2022, it stopped working so I had contacted customer case. Susequently as per their instruction dropped the kettle to service centre on 27/10/2022 the complaint id recived was id - 2557467. I have been told by service person that I will get replacement in 35 days. When I followed for the same after one month, I have been told that the approval is pending with HO. Subsequintly I had been given another complaint id..2658997 on 12/12/2022. When contacted to service centre, I have been told that yoy will replacement once HO approve.
            It is more than 75 days, since I had dropped the kettle, I am still to receive my kettle back. Such a pathetic service.
            Please help me in getting the kettle repaired / replaced at the earliet.

              I have purchased a 2 burner pigeon stovekraft gas stove. The stove is catching fire below near the gas nozzle instead of the burner. The product is under warranty and I have raised complaint on 14-July-22 (6 months back) complaint number: 2384987. The pigeon support technician has inspected the product and confirmed that it is faulty piece and that the product cannot be repaired and requires replacement. I have been constantly following up with the customer support team who have no response for the replacement of the product. It has been 6 months and i have not received replacement of the product. Considering it to be a high risk product as there is gas leak from the product which can set the house on fire, it needs to be taken with utmost importance and need to urgency in its replacement.

              I can share the invoice copy and mail trail with the customer support.

                We bought a pigeon 3 burner gas stove on October but after 2 to 3 days o[censored]se the flame turned orange and all the utensils are turning black with black cast.I complaint regarding the same and the technician came to visit but the problem was not solved.

                      We bought pigeon induction two month bach from flipkart with one year extra warranty. Today (28 dec 2022) evening we're cooking omelet on pan. Suddenly the induction blasted. Luckily we're standing at a safer distance but still it's very horrifying. My partner is still in shock. Please send service boy immediately.

                        Complaint Id - 2605901

                        Stove top glass damaged by blast suddenly and issue has been not addressed even after a month. More than this no call answering no support nothing. Even once asked repair cost of rs. 1250 for replacement. For general information whole products cost is only 1800. And they asking 1250 for only glass. Such a bad customer service experience and fraud company in case of support. I think this will help me to resolve my issue which is taken on granted from a month.

                            On 11Dec2022, while we were trying to boil the drinking water, after few minutes induction is blasted from inside causing induction xooktop galss shattered and flying in all direction and also caused panic in our family. When we try to contact them they are picking up the call. It is very safty hazard, hence forth we are not going to buy a cheap and useless product. With in 15days it has created a very big rukus

                              I purchased a Induction stove from DMART on 11th November 2022, The product stopped functioning and caused Short Circuit at home. We have approached the Service Centre locally in SALEM TAMIL NADU and they do not respond properly.

                              We have also raised a complaint with STOVEKRAFT and TICKET NO. is. 26447115. There has been no response from the company also.

                                  I purchased 3 litres of steel pressue cooker from amazon which got delivered on 25 aug 2022 and i started using it after a month, but in just 2.5 monthsof time the handle of the pressure cooker base broke i called the service centrecand they gave me the service centre number, i called on the number on 09 dec and enquired about the handle he called me telling me to come with the broken handle, i am staying at bowenpally and the service center is about 15-17 km away from my home, i went today taking half day off from my job to your kukatpally service staion, the person told me he doesnt have a spare part when i asked him why did he called me when he doesnt have a spare part he open the part from some old cooker and asked me to leave my original broken one whith him . i requested him to give me back because if it doesnt fit i will manage it withe the old one but he forced me to leave the orginal broken one and gave me the one he opend from some old pressure cooker lying with him . he then asked me for 80/- amount cahrges. i came home and tried with he one he gave which doesnt fit.
                                  why u people are harasseing the customer and moreover the serice person are too greedy and with no adeqates. whay you people are charging for the customer in just 3 moths of time hardly used cooker ?
                                  and do i need to again go 17 km away for the spare part?

                                      I am complaining to Pigeon because none of its customer care numbers are working and I want to claim warranty on my pigeon induction cooktop as I brought it a month ago and now it is not working. When I switch it on its led lights don't blink and the product is totally unresponsive. Please resolve my problem as fast as you can.

                                        My kettle of 1.5 ltr is under warranty and is not working .I have registered complain in pigeon company and they provided me service provider no [protected] who picked my kettle on 24.11.2022 evening 6 o clock near my home place and assured me to return on 26.11.2022 but now he is not even picking cal nd not replying my mes.i m duped kindly resolve my issue as I m worried for the kettle.i m being harassed...
