I purchased pigeon Indection Cooktop by Flipkart on 02 October 2022. Till yesterday its work well but when we start to use its not work. Kindly please help me

Dear Sir/Mam,

I have procured Pigeon Favourite IC 1800W Induction Cooktop from Flipkart on 22/10/2022 my order id: OD[protected].
My induction is not working now kindly replace the induction on priority basis.

I had purchased two induction cooktop from flipkart model name Pigeon Favourite IC 1800 W Induction Cooktop. One piece got delivered on 25 September 2022 in Kerala Address which I ordered for me and Second piece got delivered on 06/10/2022 in UP address.which I ordered for my mother, both products were purchased in big billion days sale. Both pieces had some manufacturing defect as when I plugged the product a boom sound came and the product top cracked and is not functioning. Same issue happened when my mother plugged the product in UP. Same issue in both products at two different locations happened in the same way, it is a clear case of manufacturing defect. As the product has 1 year manufacturing defect warranty I want to claim the warranty against it in both the pieces but the worst part is the customer care number provided on the warranty card and pigeon site are not working which is a clear case of cheating. I want the replacement against the product.
Kindly help.

Pigeon induction 1800 watt not working only 2 day use

I bought a induction cooktop from flipkart . After some months it suddenly stopped working.it is still in warranty period, but there is no response from the company customer care .customer service numbers are wrong and there is no way to claim the warranty bt still the products are being sold throgh various dealers.
I am a student, and i am facing issues in my daily life .So please take some action against the company...

I’ve been using the induction cooktop by Pigeon for just 2 months now and while using it for warming milk, the glass broke suddenly. I want to claim a repair/replacement as per warranty terms.

Product leaving black stain while using the product.

Induction stove is not working, getting sounds when turned on, it was purchased on[protected]

Stopped working - is not switching on randomly after one fine day, for the past one month.

Safety valve leakage within a month of purchase of new cooker. It has waranty of 1 year. Kindly change/ replace

I bought, 1800 Watt Induction Cooktop (Black) by Stovecraft Cruises from Amazon. on 11/07/2022. Its stopped working after (20/10/2022) 2.5 months o[censored]se. Which is 1 year manufacturing warranty. I am calling customer care number. But the number is not available. i want reapiring this from service centre or replace with new one.

I am very much dissatisfied with the product provided by Pigeon . I Purchased Induction and even raised complaint using mail but seems like there is no one who will take care in customer support side.

No one picking the call and even all mentioned numbers are not working at all . I am not sure how does this company is selling there products without satisfying the customers .

Please replace my induction or return back the money .

Glass got completely shattered when it was not connected to electricity and without any external force.
This is my second induction from Stovekraft, I was happy from my last purchase thats why ordered one more.

I tried contacting support, but all contacts provided on website were not working except one whatsapp support number.
Using this I raised a complaint with ID 2567841, with this complaint ID I aslo got a contact number of my city's service centre.

I dailed the number and support representative clearly denied to send any technician/engineer to my address, but they asked to visit at there centre for dropping the product for inspection and than later visit again after 2-3 (or even more days) to check the status.

I request the support team of stovekraft to look into my issue and provide a solution.

Induction was purchased from Amazon and delivered to my place on 6th October 2022.

Pigeon Favourite IC 1800 W Induction Cooktop showing E0 error. The appliance is not able to heat any vessle. Facing this issue since 2 months.

I had ordered induction cooktop but it is not working in first use. I ordered it from flipkart also talked to customer care but also no correct resolution from there. Induction cooktop is not working

I've recently bought an pigeon OTG oven from Amazon.On my first use, when I preheat the oven it started spreading burning fume out.Is that normal?

I was asked to send the damaged product to particular address and i sent it, it have reached the destination. And still my replacement for it have not received. And no one from the customer care(Mysore) are responding to the calls.

When i contacted it was in warranty period and i was told the product will be replaced once it reaches the address they have provided, neither i have a product (damaged one) with me nor the replacement is done and also no one responding.

Even when i contacted several times no one responded before after 2 days i was asked to send the damaged product to Bangalore address, also and now after it is reached no one picking up the call.
