[Resolved]  Pigeon Appliances / Stovekraft — My air fryer is not working no response from company even warranty card

I am Ramalingeshwar Reddy from Hyderabad my mobile no [protected].

I have purchased Air Fryer from pigeon Appliances and i haven't checked properly working or not while buying, after 1 week when I trying to switch on air fryer it's not working so I have mailed them many times, calling on numbers which apparently are not working anymore from past 2 months, and I have 2 years warranty card also, I am really disappointed and frustrated at this time as pigeon customer care numbers are not reachable and no reply via email.

I have called their contact center so many times, but no one is taking ownership to get it processed. It is very one of the Worst Experience that I have come across. Even complaint team is not available to take up the call or get this fixed and back

Kindly help me in this and I have attached warranty card (PGDAF4.2L022B78847)
