Service TICKET number: PGN[protected]

I have purchased a stainless steel induction cooker from pigeon. It is a combo for 3 cooker - 2, 3 &5 Liter.
The induction plate is getting detach from rest of cooker. so Cooker not Working on induction stove
2&5 Liter both cooker have problem with the induction plate.
I went to service centre they told They both cooker are required to be replaced. they given me TICKET number: PGN[protected]
But I am not received any replacement for any cooker yet.
while Calling service Support number, No one picking phone.
