On August 13, 2024, I purchased an induction cooker from a company called Pigeon online. When I received the product, it was non-functional. Since it was under warranty, I could not return it. On October 18, I registered a service complaint with Pigeon. Then, the product was taken for service and returned without resolving the complaint. The technician who registered the complaint deleted it himself. On November 15, I registered the complaint again and sent it for service. When the product, which was given as resolved, reached home, it was not working again. When I called the technician, he said that the board was compliant with the new board and that I could call and inform him when the new board arrives. After that, he told me that I could register a complaint and there has been no response since then.
