Issue with pigeon cooker kettle uneven heating

Kettle- water leakage

I purchased a Pigeon electric kettle on[protected] which is under warranty. The product developed a fault and I raised a warranty claim with the company. Despite multiple follow-ups and email communication, the company has not responded or resolved the issue. This is causing undue delay and inconvenience.

I request the Consumer Forum to direct the company to honour the warranty and either replace or repair the product urgently....

Register a complaint for Pigeon Chimney on 3rd April PGN[protected]. Engineer visit and confirm fault in motor. He confirms it will be replaced with in 15 days. pigeon 2100 w induction cooktop push button

I purchased Pigeon 2100 W Induction Cooktop Push Button from Flipkart on 30.01.2025. It has not holding the power not even a minute. Since it is open box delivery it can not be returned. No power

It stopped while working and no power.

Also, while it use to work, and stop within 2-3 minutes with E1 sign and restart after taking the basket and shaking it once.

        Dear Sir / Mam

        Unfortunately, I purchased an induction on 22 Sep 2024 and the induction did not work on 21 MARCH 2024. I have raised a service request (Ticket Number: PGN[protected]) to repair it. When I called the service center they told me your request was canceled due to you not being able to reach me, which is wrong. I am available all the time. My mobile is always switched on.
        After that, I raised a request once again on 01 April 2024 (PGN[protected]) and called the service center more than 20 times (Screenshot attached). I have called the area manager but your area manager is not responding to my call. I shared all the information on WhatsApp but he did not reply to my message. Two times I visited (selfie attached) the service center and they said I don't have part of this machine. After many follow-ups, my induction machine has not been serviced to date. The call center executive neither helped nor shared my ticket status with me. What can I do?

        Kindly share all information related to my ticket no. and status also.

          I had registered a complain for pigeon induction for not working with complain no. PGN[protected] … after giving me time slot of 48 hrs ur service man told me that he has no time for attending my registered complain … I again register complain against ur service man …. Till yesterday no body responses me for my complain … today ur service man suddenly call me and ask me to repair my induction… I refuse because I am not in the town today …. Ur service man told me to attend my complain in next visit … but ur service man fraudly msg ur company that he attend my complain and resolve my issue … which is totally false …. He did fraud with me and ur company by doing this wrong practice… pls take strict action against him who ever seee this mail … or other wise I will register an FIR against ur company and that person too for this fraud that he has done … I attached below the msg today I received

            My Pegion Electric Kettle stopped working, after raising a complaint StoveKraft assigned an Engineer name Muzeeb Khan (MSK Service
            Home Appliances service) where the engineer asked to give the product to his security guard and same was discussed with Area Service Manager Mr. Suresh. Now both of them stopped responding to my call. Pegion does not have any escalation matrix and there was no such action I could see from Pegion on this regards.

              Hi Sir,

              we had applied the request for the stove repair for the Stovekraft and assigned the service engineer on 22/12/2023. he visited our home checked the stove will not be repairable and need to replaced. he took the bill and warranty card everything on jan 2nd 2024. He raised a ticked to the stovekraft for the replacement of stove. since from 2 months there is no response from the stovekraft and we had communicated to customer care several times. but they are not responding properly. every time they use to say ticket raised sir. we are not getting any proper result from them. please consider my request to process this as soon as possible.

              for service they are taking more than 2 months and 15 days, still problem is not resolved
