I have purchased favourite induction cooktop from flipkart. The product is under warranty. The product stopped working suddenly, i contacted customer care and they gave me contact details of service centre. I gave to Ramamurthy nagar service centre and they fixed, but the issue is, I’m not able to use the product now. Its showing E6 error. I gave to service centre twice, and they are not able to fix the issue. As the product is under warranty i need replacement. I already spend Rs600 for sending the product. You guys dont have pickup or door to door service.
I need complete replacement. Thanks
