I have purchased 5 lt pressure cooker of pigeon brand recently from DMart. The lid of the pressure cooker is defective and vapour pressure is not beibg generated. Please provide me the details of authorized service center at Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra Pin - 400703 to get the lid repaired/ replaced.

    I had purchased th pigeon induction on 10/09/2022 and from 28/08/2023 it was not working please send someone to repair it.

      It's been more than 3 months since I have claimed replacement of Pigeon Cooker combo and the product is still not delivered. The customer service is pathetic. Donot answer our question and just cut the call. Also the company gives on the spot replacement for customers who purchased the cooker offline whereas for online customers they are not providing replacement since more than 3 months. If you cannot give replacement then simply refund our money. Nowhere in the world it would take more than 3 months for a cooker replacement to be delivered.

            I have bought the stove from pigeon which did not work with gas pipeline, requested a service using there link and they assigned the technician.
            The technician is not picking the call for last 4 days and there is no update since then. I am out of food and have to order from out side every day.

            There customer service is so pathetic, called them for last 4 days every time they are telling that they are escalating. When I asked them to connect with manager then the last lady mentioned she does not have manager and you have to wait until engineer doesn't response and disconnected my call.

            I don't know how do they hire such useless people who does not do there work properly.

            Can you help me to get this resolved.

                1. I bought A set of 3 pressure cooker (2L, 3L&5L) on 1 May 21.
                2. 5L Pressure cooker is defective as bottom induction part of the cooker is seprating from the body.
                3. I need replacement the ibid 5L pressure cooker with serviceable one as soon as possible.
                4. I have mailed and watsup to pigeon stovecraft regarding this issue but couldn't get any response from your side.

                    I have purchased the Pigeon 9 Watt Inverter 3 hrs Bulb Emergency Light
                    on 23/10/2022 through flipkart website vide order no : OD[protected] dt 23/10/22. Now suddenly that bulb not working. and contact customer care and as per their direction, i enquired near location service centers as their web link, ESK VEERANAR AGENCIES, Stovekraft CHIDHAMBARAM, CUDDALORE and JAYARAMAM AGENCIES Villupuram
                    Both them told that Pigeon 9 Watt Inverter 3hrs Bulb Emergency Light product service is not under their scope and so not able to replace the defective product and they asked me contact the Stovekraft customer care. But customer care not listening the problem, simply they reply We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you, we do not provide Home Service for this product so requesting you to please visit the Service Center which is given in the link along with the product and Invoice bill.

                      Hi, I had got compliment pigeon (Nebula) chimney through Ds Max properties. Had very bad experience with pigeon product.
                      The initial product given was not in working condition. After a week I had the replacement of new chimney. Again that worked for couple of months and encountered part problem. It was making more noise & I had reported this to customer care. Mr. Naveen had visited to our house and found defect in blower and said part needs to be replaced. This was done on 31st May 2023 and till today i keep hearing "part pending" from customer care. Surprised if these guys import items from out of country.
                      I had also reached couple of times to Mr. Naveen over call and text. Neither he responds nor he takes the call. Doesn't have courtesy to call back and update the status. He is one of the unresponsive person

                                Placed an under-warranty replacement request for a defective induction cooker at the service centre in Pune in March this year (2023).

                                I'm still waiting for the replacement cooker to be delivered to the service centre.

                                Every time I call the customer service helpline I am told to wait a few more days. No definite deadline is every given. Customer Care often even hangs up on the customer. When I called the service centre because customer service advised me to check with them, the person at the service centre also hung up after placing the call on MUTE.

                                No one is able to help with any information on the replacement meant to be provided under warranty by a so-called ISO 9001:2015 CERTIFIED COMPANY. It feels more like a fraud company, especially after speaking to customer service today.

                                  I had bought a Induction stove from Amazon on month of June 2022 and last week while I was cooking the induction, the induction started to malfunction and in few minutes, it burst completely.
