We booked pinelab swap machine in the month of august and still waiting
The unique reply of employees are outstanding
They are not able to trace us
Though have all documents
Sometime they forgot to addres
Some time they are not able to process due to their own problems
Cause they work only 5 days a week and these are very few days to work and deliver in a month
The senior manager is stilling looking out for solutions by pleading sales executive
Horrible it is to follow up
