This complain is with reference EMI conversion not done.

Details:

I bought two laptops from “Karthik Business Machines, Jayanagar, Bangalore”.
First purchase - 15th Sep 2012. Amount Rs34763/-. Used Citibank credit card.
Second purchase - 26th Sep 2012. Amount Rs 34763/-. Used the same Citibank credit card.

For both the purchases I opted for merchant EMI conversion...

Sales Person Ne Bataya Tha 3000 Rupaye Mein New Machine & 4 Mahine Ka Free Rent & Then 150/- Rs Per Month Charges Dena Padega.Abhi Har Mahine 700 Kat Raha Hai.

I have buy pinelab A50 device from last 2 month and more and And they also took 3 months advance payment from me and still not activated service yet,
I have complained somewhere but got the same answer in every complaint, wait 15 days

Still i am calling but they are giving me same ans

We have disconnect pine lab service in June 2020 and the pos machine was collected back in September 2020. I have receipt and email confirmation from pine labs but I am being billed every month and harassed by customer care to pay the outstanding bill. Even after informing customer care that I have disconnected the service they are not updating my account status and still billing me from last 20 months post disconnecting the service.

They are not provide proper support and proper Invoice Details.
Whenever i am Calling their support team, They can't help me. they are not provide any Proper complaint form on their website

Month tk hum pareshn rhe hum call ar msg krte the lekin uska koi javab mujhe nhi diya jata tha 1 month bd humne customer care pr complaint ki to unhone bataya kieri machine me debit card ki maping nhi hui hai ar mere account se monthly charges 754rs. Bhi kaat liye gai jb ki machine ka koi v use nhi hua hai mujhe incomplete machine di gai meri ap sbhi se reqst hai meri machine cencel kra di jae jiski Maine reqst daal di hai 21 Dec ko ar mera koi v machine cencelation charges na liya hai ar mujhe machine ka 2360 rs vaps kiya jae ye machine ek dm bekr hai useless hai PLZZ help mer sath fraud hua hai mujhe sb wrong jankri dekr machine di gai hai plz.mere sare rupay vapas karae ye meri complaint hai pinelabs ke liye...

I send the money using UPI to merchant Rs.944 but it was not credited to merchants account. Pinelabs are not responding to refund my amount i contacted many times but they are telling that amount was not showing, i send screenshot but they are not accepting, anyways i lost my money

I have send the money to merchant but it is not reflected in his account, i contacted Pinelabs many times but they are not accepting the complaint. And merchant is also not helping me to refund the amount of rs 944

Pine Labs not interested to take back their pos machine. I had sent a mail for de-installation of said machine on 10th august 2021. But they are not entertaining regarding de-installation of the machine. Now, they are claiming a charge which will be automatically deducted from my bank. As per their mail which is sent today(19/10/2021). In previous they had done the same against by a mail. I am really helpless. I have a small shop of electric bike. And they assured that my customer can get EMI by their Debit Card through that POS Machine. But it is not happening from day one. Pine Labs representatives are not supportive enough. I am afraid if this type of bank deduction is going on then we will be finished.
Please do needful.

तो pinelab ने जो ये बेवाजिब लूट मचा रखा है इसका कोई भी आपके किसी भी व्यक्ति ने फ़ोन से सही जवाब नही दिया और नही आपकी concern टीम से मुझे कोई कॉल आया
पाइन लैब ने जो मेरे खाते से जो पैसा काटा है में नम्र निवेदन करता हु की 24 घण्टे में उचित कार्यवाही कर मेरे खाते में 3000 रुपया जो आज तक काटा है पुनः मेरे खाते में क्रेडिट करे क्योंकि में आपसे फ़ोन पर रोज 1 घण्टे तक बात करने का समय नही दे पाऊंगा
में कंपनी से निवेदन करता हु इस ईमेल के द्वारा आप मुझे 24 hour में संतुष्टिपूर्ण जवाब देंगे
अन्यथा में साइबर सेल एवं यहा के लोकल थाने में कंपनी के खिलाफ जो कार्यवाही होगी उसके लिए में बाध्य रहूंगा

My pine lab machine is not working properly it's showing no sim n also messaging on screen alert irruption plz give me proper solution as fast as you can ...

I used pine labs so long back. They charged me the advance amount twice. Even they haven't collected their machine because I am not using it from last 2 years. They are still sending monthly charges mail to me. They never refunded my extra amount charged from pine lab. I tried my level best to discuss with them, sending mail, even I called them number of times. They are harassing me like anything. Ease help me and charge pine lab.

2. I had sent a mail on 16.03.2021 for the de-installation and pickup of the POS (EDC) machine installed at my shop.
3. On 11.04.2021 the machine was picked up (copy attached)
4. On 13.04.2021( after the terminal was picked up an amount of Rs. 767/- was deducted from my account)
5. I sent an e-mail for the unreasonable deduction once the machine was de-installed and the terminal was taken from my shop on 11.04.2021 and a reference number 8682711 was given.
6. On 24.04.2021 I received an e-mail and I reproduce what was written:
" AS PER OUR FINANCE, WE DID NOT RAISE ANY INVOICE AFTER TERMINAL PICKUP. YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND".( copy attached)
7. Whereas, contrary to the contents of the mail above the amount was deducted after the terminal pickup without raising any invoice.
8. On 11.05.2021 I received a SMS stating that RS.767/- will be deducted from my account on 12.05.2021.
9. I immediately contacted the customer care and lodged my complaint for the same and I was allotted Complaint number 9504785 dated 11.05.2021 with an assurance that the amount will not be deducted and even the previous amount of Rs. 767/- deducted on 13.04.2021 will be refunded.
12. To my surprise not even this amount of RS.767/ was deducted from my account on 12.05.2021 but another amount of Rs.694/- was also deducted on 18.05.2021.(copy of bank statement attached)
13.My request to you is that these amounts (767+767+694=2228) which had been deducted after the terminal pickup i.e. 11.04.2021 be refunded to me immediately along with interest.
14. And I also request you not to deduct any amount from my account in future also since my contact with you have been terminated on 11.04.2021.

Money note crediting in my account

I have connection of pinelabs pos.before this connection i has paid of actual Payment agenst invoice and my monthly emi dedicated from my Current account on every month date-12 but istill now alltime Call, Sms, Mail i many time complaint against this but issue is same.so please solve my issue.

Your company is charges as a rent frequently . As I myself handover the machine to the executive as I don't want it in future. But still we were getting the msgs for rental to be paid by us. I mailed so many times but didn't get any response...
This year before Diwali I enquired about the new machine installation but they denied for that ...And told to pay the the outstanding. As I am not using the machine since long time, u can check from your backend also...
Now I just want to clear this matter as early as possible...
