Pitstop — Parts replacement mismatch

This Sandeep from Bangalore, I have booked a service for my Vehicle Honda Mobillio with Pitstop and which included general check up and parts replacement.. During that service they (New Gen Car Service, franchise of Pitstop, Kannur, bangalore-560064) have replaced the front 2 Break pads. After the service i went for a long drive and we heard a noise from front portion of the CAR and the break were got jammed, Luckily we(My family) have got escaped from the accident, and immediately i have given my car for check up and they have identified that Break pad (Bosch) which Pitstop has replaced was with Wrong size, due to that Break pad was coming out from the bracket..So immediately i replaced a new Break PAD for both (Cost around Rs 2300) .. They have played with my life which they have to answer it.

Oncei reached back to Bangalore i have shown the same issue with service centre and they have understood the issue, also returned back the faulty parts to them(replaced by Pitstop) and confirmed that, they will get a refund from the pitstop, Since last 3 months i have not received any udpates from Pitstop regarding this..

I also contacted many people of Pitstop and not getting positive response from them, ,

I need to have a compensation amount along with with my Parts amount plus service charged which they have taken from me..
