Dear Sir, Myself Suptendu Roy from Kolkata, on 1st July I had telephonic conversation with one of your representative Ms. Ekta Gupta regarding job opportunity at kolkata. She told me there is a opening at kolkata which is most suitable as per my profile. But she cannt share the detail because I am not yet register of your paid service. So she had approach me to register immediately to avail this opportunity. I told her to share the details and need one or two days to register myself. She had called me several time and on 4th July 2014 I had register on your paid service for 6 months. I had paid Rs. 4500 for this registration. After registration I had share my CV, cover letter and photo through email. But after some time she ( Ekta Gupta) called me and inform me that whatever CV I had share with her it was prepare very unprofessionally. So, if I wants to utilse maximum opportunity from my registration than I had prepare my CV professionally and attractive. For this service I have pay another Rs. 2850 for writing CV and cover letter. As she was representing a reputed organization, I had trust her word and pay another Rs.2850 for avail this service. It is most unfortunate after completing my registration on 4th July, I called her to share the opportunity details which she promise to share with me after registration. But most embarrassing I had called her but did attend my call. On 6th July I had contact to your help desk and elaborate that facts and ask them to de-register my accounts. After that I had received number of call from different number and name and requesting me not de register the account. after a long conversation and assurance I had change my mind. But after given so many assurance on 7th July till 11th july 5:30 PM I didn’t receive updated CV and cover letter. AT 5:40PM I had receive one mail from your end where I receive my CV and Cover letter. I had gone through the CV and cover letter which you had sent and really very surprise because my CV content all are just photo copy of my earlier CV. I don’t want understand if my earlier CV content are right than what purpose should I pay extra amount to you. From yesterday I was called to Eta and Pratibha to inform the fact but none of them to attened my call. To be very honest your representative was making me fool and really disappointed with such service. So I am requesting you pls deregister my account in immediate effect and return back my money. Pls treated this mail as final remainder and return back my money with 2 days, otherwise I am bound to take legal action for recover my legitimate claim. -- Suptendu Roy Sree Pally, Palta. PO.
