planet m shopping, techno kart india limited — for defective tablet

I have purchase a datawind calling TAB. at 24 march 2015. this tablet was defectiveI have regular follow up through mail and phone. Every time customer care discuss my case take my email id but they donot any sollution till date execpt one time they told me to visit our service centre, they recevived it back at 20 may 2015. Planet m shopping customer care has not given proper solutions except mental harassment. I have compain so many times though mail and each time revert answer received from [protected]@next.co.in regarding visit to service centre, I have calling to customer care on their std no. [protected] they not given me right solutions, every time only case discuss take time and nothing action till date. I have complain, kindly do any thing, replacement my tab and give me compansation against their bad service
