Planet Spark — Cheated, cancellation of enrollment.

I would like to complaint about planet spark platform, and their team members, Shivam Gawri and Ayushi counsellor, worst team i have ever come across. I had taken a demo and they started circulating the certificate and all, , after that they asked me to take sessions, it will be on google meet, and you will have to then and there make the payment, i attended, they gave option of EMI, instalments, and one time payment etc, i said i wil make payment in instalments, 3, out of which i paid 1st instalment then and there via google pay of 8867, on September 7 and later on i confirmed, occupied with some work, once I finish that i will confirm we can start classes. Later on i had to attend an interview and i requested for one class, which was scheduled but not successful at all as per their system. But for me none, i requested again classes but they denied, xyz reason was said. I wanted to continue the classes, I asked this Shivam Gawri to conduct classes, he said you need to make the whole payment and only then the classes will be commenced. When it was said that the amount will be paid in instalments, then why he asked money. If it was suppose to commence the classes after making full payment then why he did not told at the first instance, i wouldnt have paid the amount at all. Now he is irresponsible and unresponsible to even my attend calls after calling him multiple times. i request the customer support team to take necessary actions and refund my money back.
