Planet Spark — Complaint regarding cancellation of my enrollment and refund money

I enrolled in planet spark on 15th August 23 for Rs.42000.due to some financial issues I didn't continue the class and I also informed to them They told me to take atleast one class so that they can initiate the refund process. I did the same.I took two classes but after that they are not responding to my calls or emails and every time they were assuring with welcome message.since then I kept on raising issues on their portal but still I am waiting for my refund.
Kindly look into the matter and resolve my issue at the earliest as I am in urgent need of money.
