Please note that we received a call 2 month earlier from this Company they doing online Claas and making full instating they are very co-operating and talk Politely .
On the word of Counceller Yakshika we joined Class she never inform us for the terms and condition bounding us to take decision at a time on call,
after registration she didnt respind us to help us to arrange class, after raised many Query on there apps and mail to the planet spark get start first class, after join class we feel as this this is not use full for us send mail again and again get a call Person Mrs. Divya she offered as Join 4 Class minimum after that they return money and cancell registration .
when i end 4 Class and tried to informed her she not picked call never answering on mail . when get email if of senior manager received call from Prince on call he was very rude and asking any how you have to take more 16 classes i complain about him and asked to refer her employee mail as hse mention will process after 4 Claas aafter many reminder i get respond from Mr. Karan he told team to give proper respond . Now today we received mail from Divya she write enclosing here with .
Total consumed classes - 4
Charges per class - INR 1000+18% (GST)
Processing fee - 20% (19, 272 INR)
Total Charges - INR 13, 920
Downpayment - INR 4000 (non refundable)
Kindly acknowledge the same in order to initiate the cancellation process. Also, it takes 60-90 (Approx.) days to complete the cancellation process post your acknowledgement
This is there Plan as if any how some one agree and fall in there trap they will Charged huge money from Parents .
when i told Divya as i will go to Consumer Forum she asking go any where you have to Come Planet spark for refund this is the not way they are making full Harassed parents on call .
i request to take the action against this institute as there big feedback you can see on many website .
