Planet Spark — Not taking action for refund and loan cancellation

They are money minded people. The counsellors are highly skilled to sell course, but once you approach them for loan cancellation request they will just ignore your calls. They have customer support number [protected], if you call to that number it will say we have stopped voice facilities then what's the point of calling them. If you email them you get automatic response, if you raise ticket from student portal you get response like concern team will contact you but no one.
For me initially they have provided weekly 3 1:1 class but now they are providing only one 1 :1 class per week for that they will charge rs.3809 per month this is not affordable for middle class people. though they have other live session(sometimes you don't even see mam) and practice classes timings are not suitable for me. Even if you say you are not interested in attending classes or i am not taking classes your hard earned money will get debited by FIBE. They are toturing us daily by giving multiple calls to pay the monthly EMI. If you say you are not ready to pay the amount they will ask your address to come home. Fibe know this issue is happening in planet spark then why they are giving loan to planet spark?.
During admission time, counsellor Disha is so rushed to collect information from us like pan card, adhar card, blank cheque details but later if you ask for help they are refused to help because their job is done. Also initially they told if you are not happy with the course at any point, we will refund the remaining unattended classes back immediately on the same day but now they are telling I have to pay 800 plus GST plus processing fee per class o[censored]nattended class.They are blaming us why didn't you read refund policy mentioned in their website. All fake information are given untill they take money from you. I didnot like their services and classes.
Please help me to get my moneyback.
