I enrolled my daughter in online classes with PlanetSpark and paid ₹35, 000 in full. Unfortunately, many classes were either not conducted or falsely marked as completed. Now, the classes have stopped altogether.
Despite numerous emails, messages, and a formal warning given 2 months ago, PlanetSpark has not taken any action to resolve this issue or refund the money. Their customer support is unresponsive, and I feel cheated. I am requesting PlanetSpark torefund the full amount immediately. This has caused me great stress and financial loss.
If this issue is not resolved soon, I will escalate it through consumer forums and public reviews.
