I enrolled my daughter for 280 sessions by Planet spark for a total fee of Rs65240. The fee was paid via Bajaj finance with a monthly EMI of Rs3257 but my first installment got cut Rs3558. After few classes, I was not satisfied with the progress and I decided to cancel further sessions. It took less than a month to inform Mr. Adarsh for no further classes to be continued and many many follow ups to reach to the point where they gave me assurance for refund and cancellation for classes and loan from bajaj finance.
I trust them as I thought they are a startup that is genuinely trying to stay in business. That's why I made the payment when Adarsh send the link.
But on 3rd Feb the EMI got deducted. I am trying to get in touch with them but Mr. Adarsh never replies to msg or answers the call. Yamani Sharma refuses for any info about financial issues.
Now I feel like a fool who is paying the EMI to Bajaj Finance and also paid additional apox 11 thousand to these fraud.
There are their details that I have :-
Adarsh @Planet spark
Yamani [protected]@ Planet Spark
I can provide mail communications and payment proofs when needed.
I want to get the refund and the account on Bajaj finance to be closed by PlanetSpark.
Should I register a police complaint against them for the same?
Thanks for providing a platform to report our grievance !
Regards,
Ranjana Was this information helpful? |
