I am writing to express my deep disappointment and anger regarding the lack of professionalism and responsibility shown by your organization. We enrolled our child in your scheduled class, only to find out on the first day that the assigned teacher did not attend the session. To make matters worse, there was no prior information from either the concerned department or the teacher herself about the cancellation of the class.

In my frustration, I reached out to the WhatsApp group, hoping to receive some clarification or assistance. However, to my utter dismay, no one bothered to reply. Left with no other choice, I decided to contact the concerned department, who informed me that the teacher was on emergency leave. The teacher, on the other hand, claimed that it was her day off. Such irresponsible behavior from both the organization and the teacher has led us to conclude that your organization is nothing but a fake establishment.

Adding insult to injury, we have now raised a ticket for a refund, which has been pending for almost 12 days. It is extremely frustrating that your organization cannot provide a confirmed timeline for the initiation of our refund. Moreover, all your phone lines seem to be connected to an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system, making it impossible for us to reach out to a real person. Emails sent to your organization have also gone unanswered.

This level o[censored]nprofessionalism and lack of communication is completely unacceptable. We trusted your organization to provide quality education and reliable service, but it is evident that you have failed to meet even the basic standards of customer satisfaction. We demand immediate action and a prompt refund of our amount.

Please understand that our decision to discontinue any further association with your organization is final. We expect a swift resolution to this matter, including the refund of our amount, within the next 48 hours. Failure to do so will leave us with no choice but to escalate this issue through legal channels and post our grievances on various online platforms.

We hope you understand the gravity of the situation and take the necessary steps to rectify the damage caused. We look forward to a prompt response and a satisfactory resolution.
