Planet Spark — Refund of my Fees

I had enrolled my daughter on 26 Sep 2023 for Planet spark and paid an amount of RS 83646.11 via my credit card.

While enrollment they said if you are not intrested you can opt for cancellation after 2-4 class and they will decuct approx RS 2500.00 but, they are not ready to refund any amount and my credit limit is also blocked.

I am approachin them since 2nd week of september and they are just delaying it. Now they are not picking up any phone nor replying to mail and they have also blocked my number.

It is requested to help me in this regard.
