Extremely Disappointed with PlanetSpark & Bajaj Finance
I regret enrolling my daughter in the fraud online public speaking class, PlanetSpark. Their rep, Adarsh, assured me we could withdraw anytime with a refund and convinced me to fund the fee through Bajaj Finance. After just 2 classes, we found the curriculum unsuitable, and schedules were not discussed beforehand. When we approached Adarsh to cancel, he became unresponsive.
Worse, PlanetSpark counts canceled classes as "completed, " and Bajaj Finance is still debiting EMIs, even though no classes are being attended. This is fraud and humiliation. I demand an immediate refund and loan cancellation.
