Dear Team,
I am writing to express my deep concern and dissatisfaction with the services provided by PlanetSpark for my son's personality development classes. Despite the initial assurance that we could discontinue the classes at any time if we found them unsatisfactory (which is inline with T&C – refund policy as per website https://www.planetspark.in/terms (Sr.No 19), our experience has been fraught with unprofessionalism and lack of support.
Our journey began with a missed first class due to the teacher's emergency leave, which was not communicated to us in a timely manner. The subsequent class (attended only one) did not meet our expectations, and our request for an additional session was confirmed but not honored. Repeated attempts to reach out to the coordinator, Ms. Saraa Kapoor, and the teacher have been unsuccessful, leading to a significant waste of time and effort on our part. We have doubt that this course will add any value to my son’s development.
Moreover, I would like to bring to your attention the forcing/threatening call received from Mr. Prince Bhatia following our cancellation request. Prince Bhatia does not want to hear us at all, unwantedly forcing us to opt for alternate teacher (which we do not want to). This is highly unprofessional and only serves to reinforce our decision to discontinue the classes. As per the ticket raised (TN#217798), we expect a prompt resolution to this matter.
Furthermore, the entire fee was charged to my credit card and converted into EMIs without my consent, which is a clear deviation from the agreed-upon terms. It was committed that I need to pay amount in monthly basis PlanetSpark and I can cancel it anytime (which is not the case now). This is cyberfraud.
Given these circumstances, I am compelled to request the immediate cancellation of my son's enrolment and a full refund of the fees paid. The lack of transparency, poor customer service, and the distressing call received from your end have eroded any trust we had in PlanetSpark.
Despite my multiple attempts to resolve this matter with Mr Prince Bhatia, it remains unaddressed/unresolved, leading me to seek assistance through this platform.
