I made an online payment of Rs.36450 on 13 June 2024 to Planet Spark, it provides online classes on public speaking, before paying the fees, i was promised customized classes as per the child's availability and schedule but once i made the payment, it turned out to be a different story.it was highly mismanaged and disorganized, i had to make repeated calls to schedule classes as per my child's routine. The practice classes couldn't be taken or rescheduled due to the company being mismanaged and absolutely disorganized. i wrote several emails, which were responded to, by automatic responses. i made several calls but those numbers became invalid. The contact number on their website is also invalid.it has been an ordeal and a horrifying experience. as nothing was going as per the initial promises made, i sent an email asking for a full refund, nobody reached out to me. as the amount was big and i didn't know what to do, i contacted my bank and raised a dispute and also filed a complaint on cybercrime cell as per the bank's advise. the bank has been provided with the relevant and the required documents that were asked for. i need to bring this issue to consumer forum because of the mental harassment caused and breach of contract at their end. They need to be reprimanded and this needs to be ensures that other innocent parents don't fall prey to this trap.
