I have made multiple attempts to cancel my enrollment with PlanetSpark, but they have not responded to my emails or provided any resolution. Despite reaching out several times via email and requesting a callback, I have received no response regarding the cancellation process.

They gave us a time period of 30 days for a cancelling the admission but never heard or server our request for withdrawal within 3 weeks after the course started. Instead, they were very unprofessional and irrelevant in providing a valid solution.

We have given a detailed explanation for our request for withdrawal but they never cared about any of our reasons. They were so reluctant to let us continue the course and also confirmed...

As per their agreements and details, one can have 5 classes each of performance + practice + learning. And I have only consumed 1 learning, 1 practice and also mailed for the discontinuation. But they didn't cancel the programme and even started deducting my EMI's. And not even cancelling the program and refunding.

I enrolled my daughter during first demo class with planet spark based on commitment/promised if I send cancellation request before first 5 classes they will refund and cancel EMI. I requested to cancel enrollment after first class but they refused to refund. Worst response from customer support team. They are blackmailed me, harrassing me, forcing to take minimum 5 classes. I enrolled my son for public speaking online class on 29th Nov 2023, during the time of enrollment planetspark counselor told me that I can cancel the subscription before my 4th class and I attended only 3 classes and when I approach to them for subscription cancellation before the 4th class their manager Mr prince Bhatia from planetspark forcing me to take 20 classes and each class will be charged 1000 rs with 18% gst and cancellation fee...

Planet spark is a fraud company which convinces us to buy the course on loan through Razorpay and pressurises us to share credit/debit card details for monthly EMI mandate approval.
I have already paid Rs 16000 and due to the EMI mandate, the money automatically gets deducted from my bank account.
I have emailed planetspark on 04/12/23, 06/01/24, 08/01/24, 15/01/24 &17/01/24 requesting them that I would not like to continue...

We enrolled our child naming Vishavdeep singh chauhan of 6th standard in Planet Spark in November 2023.
They assure us to fulfill our child's upliftment in his study and to develop his speaking proficiency and skills in their course.

Total fraudsters... At the time of counselling & enrollment, they made the wrong promises, they will say yes to everything you say. But after the payment, if you try to call the counselor or his BDM, they will not pick up your calls.. Even if you messaged him, they blocked you. Employees are very unprofessional. I have had horrible experience trying to get my refund. They stated that I can get refund of the amount that I paid after 01 classe, if I didn't like the classes at any given point. I ask them for refund after one classe. They are not issuing the refund saying I donot meet the company internal criteria for refund. None of that was told during the initial admission process.
