[Resolved]  Planetspark — Not refunding money after withdrawing classes

We opted plant spark classes for our son (Arham Aawez) for over all development with Rs. 40000/-(forty thousand) for 100 classes on 6th July'22. after completing 16 classes (2 class per week) we did not notice any considerable development in our child. that is why we decided to withdraw this classes. We spoken and wrote a mail to planet spark and they agreed to refund an amount Rs. 26784/- charging us Rs. 13216 (for 16 classes). I was OK with that. they asked me my bank account details on 17th Oct'22 to proceed the refund but till today it is almost 3 month passe i have not got the money refund. Whenever i try to reach to planet spark they always say it is under process and sometime they do not respond also. please help me to get my money.
