Planetspark — Charging amount as per their own which did not communicated while enrolling and debiting ECS from my account after distcontinued

Respected Sir,
This complaint is on planetspark for the following reasons and I am demanding the extra amount they have debited from my bank account as ECS even after we stopped taking classes and cancelled. No official communication from them why they are debiting amounts from my bank account even we have stopped taking classes.
Here is the summary of points why I am giving complaint on them.
1. They are auto debiting ECS amounts from my debit account after we have discontinued. This is unethical and this comes under fraud as they should not send ECS to my bank account even after we had stopped taking their classes.
2. I had paid completely for the months for which my kid had attended classes. Their counsellor Prathik who is point of contact to me mentioned they will charge amount on monthly basis but did not mentioned any other way as they are saying now.
3. I have call recording of that conversation with their Counsellor which was happened while enrolling for the classes.
4. While enrolling, their councilor put two options for making the payment. One is debiting from credit card and the other is ECS which is auto debiting from bank account. He took all my personal ID cards saying for the sake of ECS process but without informing or giving any detailed information they have opened a loan on my name with third part company. This is legally not at all acceptable and the same I told to their councilor.
5. From the beginning there are no official communications from planetspark side but now after I have discontinued they are saying that their charges are per class basis and not monthly basis. This was not communicated to me while enrolling. I have proof for that as I have recorded that call.
Below I want to give detailed steps from beginning how planetspark had proceeded in my case.
Our first interaction with planetspark started somewhere around 3rd December 2021. On 4th December 2021 I had interacted with Pratik Bhosale who is the Senior Academic Counsellor of planet spark. As per his conversation monthly fees will be Rs 3500/-. And For the first month mentioned to pay extra Rs 400/- for documentation processing. So I have paid Rs 3900/- through UPI ( Gpay) to the mobile number [protected] given by him.
He explained to me about their curriculum design. He said clearly there will be 4 classes per week and then explained related to the payment details. Here counsellor did not mentioned they will charge Rs 556/- per class and based on this the amount will be divided and collected from us. For monthly payment he kept two methods Infront of me. One is paying through credit card and the other one is ECS which is debiting automatically from my bank account. I have chosen the second option ECS and as per his request I have shared all my personal ID documents through whatsapp. Again here there is a conflict. With these documents planetspark opened a loan on my loan with third party Eduvanz organization. But they have not at all informed about opening a loan on my name and then for that I need to pay monthly through ECS.
Related to this loan process I had argued with counsellor how they can open a loan account on my name without informing and taking my approval for the sake of ECS. But he has no proper answer to this.
MY kid has attended classes starting from 14th decemebr 2021 to till 20th March 2022. And even in between we did not have completely 4 classes all these weeks. I have paid completely for these months.
Now suddenly when we had stopped taking their classes they started saying their charge is based on per class bais, which was not at all communicated to me while enrolling. First of all from planetspark from beginning there are no official communications its only happens talking to their counsellor.

Finally I am asking planetspark to return back the extra amount they have debited as ECS from post March 2022 and stop this ECS process as I cancelled. If this continues without hearing my words I will go for legal procedures with all the evidences that I have.

I have raised this complaint on 8th May 2022 but so far I have not received any update from consumer complaints. Please confirm are you reviewing this complaint and going to take any action on planetspark? If not I will check for other legal options.
