I was requested by Planetspark sales team to opt for zero EMI option still interest was getting deducted on my by enrolled credit card. I have been continuously chasing from past 11 months and complaining Planetspark support team included co-owner Kunal Malik still, my money is not refunded. This company seems to be fraud and I urge everyone to expose Planetspark in all sort of online social and learning platform so that innocent people like us should not be cheated like us.
It's hard earned money which we paid for the benefit of our child but company like Planetspark don't have any Business ethics to operate! Was this information helpful? |
