Issue is not resolved
after escalations and lot of follow up they are offering deduction of 34% of total fee for attending only one class where as at the time of enrolment they have not informed any thing about such deduction. Planetspark reply is very unfair and unethical.
Pls. help to resolve issue.

Attended classes before cancellation requested on 21st Jan-24 mentioned below : -
Total Learn Classes -1, Total Practice classes – 0, Total Performance classes – 0
For attending only 1 class as mentioned above they are charging 34% of total course price as deduction after lot of follow up.
This is completely unfair and unethical deduction offer.
