I had been working with Samriddhi Singh and Disha about the enrollment.
During the meeting they mentioned that the enrollment can be cancelled anytime and the parents are not liable for the remaining payments.
The verification caller confirmed that the course cannot be cancelled after 5 sessions.
The counselors are not responsive anymore . I wanted to cancel my enrollment and request the refund for 6100 that I paid. I have not taken any classes except the trial class.

We had cancelled the classes on Sept '22, still haven't received the refunds. Planetspark doing all ###,
Planetspark staff are REALLY GOOD, but their management sucks!!
Paypal is easily providing CREDit card, but they are not HELPing in Disputes, seems to be both have tie up, not sure how "CONSUMER COMPLAINTS" HELP us here.
Planetspark, mostly doing marketing from Social media ( facebook), am thinking of posting my feedback on Planetspark podcats, atleast future parents, rethink before joining to the course and the pains that we did in the getting the refund.
Planetspark should change the fee policy to pay upfront for entire course fee, it has go on Monthly basis, so incase if not interested you can cancel, there you may loose 1 or 2 months amount.
