[Resolved] Planetspark — Fraud with customer and not return the money last 4 month

Sir my Daughter namely Purva devi join the online classes on planet spark before 5 months and class continue 2 month. After 2 month I stopped the class but premium deduct on time every month countinuly in my account. Pls stop my payment nd action planet spark.

After submitting this complaint I received a call from Planetspark Tanvi Pareek Ji and he assured me to refund my payment back within 1 month and Tanvi ji's behavior is very nice and I am now confident that I will soon There will be solution.

mera ticket no 98693 hai or April me complaint ki thi or uske baad muje Tanvi ji ki call mili jinhone mujhe payement refund jaldi hi karne k liye bola or 1 mahine ka time liya jo uske baad ab 1 mahina or ja chuka hai lekin meri complaint ka koi samadhan nahi hua hai. planet spark fraud company hai jo bachho ke bhavishya ke sath sath janta ko lutne ka kaam kar rahi hai. pichle 5/6 mahine se mai early salary se jo loan hua tha uski EMI bhar raha hu jo mai cibil score khrab hone ki vajah se har mahine pay kar raha hu or mera kaphi aarthik loss ho chuka hai.. kripya mera samadhan kiya jaye or planet spark ke khilaph karyavahi ki jaye🙏🙏
