Subject: Urgent Complaint – Unresponsive Cancellation Request from PlanetSpark
Complaint Details:
I have made multiple attempts to cancel my enrollment with PlanetSpark, but they have not responded to my emails or provided any resolution. Despite reaching out several times via email and requesting a callback, I have received no response regarding the cancellation process.
I initially contacted them because my child faced challenges with the classes, and due to my husband's medical condition, we are financially unable to continue the monthly EMI payments. However, despite explaining my situation in detail and following up multiple times, PlanetSpark has ignored my requests.
This lack of response is highly unprofessional and causing unnecessary financial and emotional distress. I am requesting an immediate cancellation of my subscription and a confirmation email regarding the same. If this issue is not resolved at the earliest, I will be forced to take further action through consumer forums and legal channels.
I urge the concerned authorities to take action against this unresponsive and unfair business practice.
Request: Please process my cancellation immediately and confirm the same at the earliest.
