I joined PlanetSpark as a student from November 2021. After a month I realized that it's good for nothing, so I talked to their personnel to cancel the course. They said that the course will be canceled in December 2021. From the very first day it was decided that the fee would be deducted only when I pay it, it would not be automatically deducted from my account. But from 5th January 2022 without any reason the EMI started deducting and I was not attending any of their classes. I called them hundreds of times and sent many emails to them but no response has come from them, they always say, " They are working on it". It's been April 2022 and they are still working in an incompetent and irresponsible manner. Now I have to proceed legally against these fraudsters.

02/05/2022- They called me and assured me that they will refund within 15 days and then no EMI will be deducted.
06/07/2022- But it's been 2 months and I'm still there in their REFUND PROCESS. Insane!!
